ԵԽ–ում Արցախին նվիրված համաժողով է տեղի ունեցել

Սույն թվականի հունվարի 24-ին Բրյուսելում՝ Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանում, տեղի ունեցավ «Պահպանելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային և հոգևոր ժառանգությունը» խորագրով խորհրդաժողովը, որը կազմակերպվել էր Եվրոխորհրդարանի նախաձեռնությամբ:
Միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես եկան Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան, Եվրամիությունում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչության ղեկավար Տիգրան Բալայանը և Եվրոխորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Միրիամ Լեքսմանը:
Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայոց սրբավայրերի թիրախավորման, պատմամշակութային արժեքների ոչնչացման քաղաքականության և այդ ուղղությամբ միջազգային հանրության կողմից ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերի հրատապության մասին, Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի օրհնությամբ, զեկույցով հանդես եկավ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի Քարոզչական կենտրոնի տնօրեն և Արցախի հոգևոր-մշակութային ժառանգության հարցերով գրասենյակի բաժնի վարիչ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Գարեգին վարդապետ Համբարձումյանը:
Իր զեկույցում Հայր Սուրբը կոչ արեց պաշտպանել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգությունը, հարգել կրոնի, հավատքի ազատությունը, որն ամրագրված է միջազգային մի շարք պայմանագրերով, ինչպես նաև հնարավորություն ընձեռնել ՅՈւՆԵՍԿՕ-ի անկախ գնահատման առաքելության ներկայացուցիչներին այցելելու տարածաշրջան և փաստագրելու մշակութային հուշարձանների կարգավիճակը:
Խորհրդաժողովին զեկույցներով հանդես եկան նաև Եվրոպա Նոստրա մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության միջազգային հասարակական կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Սնեսկա Քուաեդվիեգ-Միխայլովիչը, «Բնօրրան» պատմամշակութային հասարակական կազմակերպության Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության փորձագետ Արմինե Տիգրանյանը և Լյովենի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Պիեռ դ’Արժանը:
