Ցանկանում է վերջնականապես փակել Արցախի հարցը․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ng.ru-ն «Փաշինյանը կոչ է արել ստեղծել Չորրորդ հանրապետություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե աշխարհը փոխվում է, և փոխվում է հանրապետությունը։ Ըստ նրա, դրան կարելի է վերաբերվել այնպես, ինչպես ուզում ես, բայց նրանք, ովքեր փորձում են կանգնեցնել էվոլ յուցիան, միայն դեգրադացիայի կհասնեն։ Այդ առնչությամբ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է նոր Սահմանադրություն։ Հատկանշական է այն, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը վերաշարադրելու անհրաժեշտության մասին հայտարարել էր դեռ 2021 թվականին:
Թուրքական Anadolu Ajansı գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում նա ասել էր, որ «հարևան երկրի Հիմնական օրենքի տեքստը պարունակում է հղումներ Բաքվի ու Անկարայի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջների մասին»։ «Նոր Սահմանադրությունն ընդունելով՝ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է վերջնականապես փակել Հայաստանի պատմության Երրորդ հանրապետության էջը, քանի որ այն ստեղծվել է Ղարաբաղյան շարժման հետևանքով։ Փաստորեն, նա ցանկանում է ամբողջությամբ ժխտել Ղարաբաղի հարցը, վերջնականապես (իր կարծիքով) փակել Արցախի հարցը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, վերջին տարիների պրակտիկան ցույց է տալիս, որ եվրոպական կառույցները աչք են փակելու Փաշինյանի ցանկացած հակասահմանադրական գործողությունների վրա և աջակցելու են նրան»,- ասել է Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների և նախաձեռնությունների վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Հայկ Խալաթյանը։
Հայ քաղաքագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանն էլ կարծում է, որ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է վերաշարադրել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը, քանի որ իրեն խանգարում է դրա նախաբանը, որը վերաբերում է հանրապետության անկախության հռչակագրին։ «Հռչակագիրը խոչընդոտում է Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքմանը։ Ըստ այդմ, Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում այդ փաստաթուղթը հիշատակել Սահմանադրության մեջ,ասել է փորձագետը,- բացի այդ, հաշվի առնելով Եկեղեցու հետ վարչապետի լարված հարաբերությունները, նա կարող է փորձել ջնջել պետության և եկեղեցու համագործակցության մասին կետը։ Նաև արևմտյան գործընկերներին հաճոյանալու համար երկիրը կարող է հրաժարվել ընտանիք սահմանումից՝ որպես տղամարդու և կնոջ միություն»:
Փորձագետները կարծում են, որ, ամեն դեպքում, Փաշինյանի համար դժվար կլինի իրականացնել իր ծրագրերը։ Այդ առումով Քոչարյանը չի բացառում, որ իշխանությունները կփորձեն չեզոքացնել սկանդալային թեզերից առաջացած աղմուկը մի ինչ-որ գրավիչ բանով, օրինակ՝ ԵՄ-ի ու ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առանց վիզային ռեժիմի հաստատումով։
