Ադրբեջանը ՀՀ-ի դեմ նոր տարածքային պահանջներ ներկայացնելով, ինչպես նաև` հիմնական ուղղություններով աշխատանքը տապալելով ձախողում է խաղաղության հեռանկարը, ինչը Արևմուտքի հաշվարկների մեջ չի մտնում:
Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․
«Արևմուտքը կոշտացնում է Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ քաղաքականությունը, որի դրսևորումներից մեկը` Եվրոպայի խորհրդրի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովից Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության լիազորությունների չվավերացումն է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նվազագույնը 1 տարով Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունը հեռացվում է ԵԽԽՎ-ից:
Սա մեծապես պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ Ադրբեջանն իր գործողություններով մեծ վնաս է հասցնում Արևմուտքի` Հարավային Կովկասում հռչակած ռազմավարական նպատակներին:
Ինչ է դա առաջին հերթին ենթադրում: Արևմուտքը ՌԴ-ի հետ ագրեսիվ դիմակայության պայմաններում, փորձում է տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակն իր ձեռքը վերցնել, իսկ դա այս փուլում ենթադրում է խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատում:
Սա մի գործընթաց է, որը խորհրդային միության փլուզումից հետո մշտապես իր ձեռքում էր պահում ՌԴ-ն:
Այս պահին խաղի կանոններ սահմանելու և դրանք պահպանելու շրջանակներում մեծ պայքար է ընթանում, իսկ Ադրբեջանն, ըստ էության, Արևմուտքի հետ ներքին պայմանավորվածությունները չի կատարում:
Իսկ պայմանավորվածությունը հետևյալն էր` Արցախը հանձնվում է Ադրբեջանին, իսկ Հայաստանի հետ կապված հարցերը բանակցությունների միջոցով է կարգավորվում:

Սա է պատճառը, որ Արևմուտքը հենց այս պահին է կոշտացման գնում, այլ ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած 44-օրյա պատերազմի կամ Արցախի նկատմամբ ամբողջական վերահսկողություն սահմանելուց առաջ:
Այն հիմնական պատճառները, որոնք պաշտոնապես դրված են Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցի կիրառման հիմքում, դրանք նախորդ տարիներին արձանագրված խնդիրներ են, սակայն կրկնում եմ` քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությունն այս պահին է Արևմուտքին ստիպում նման քայլերի գնալ»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը:
