Արցախցի դատավորները կենսաթոշակի հարցով անձամբ Պաշտպանին և ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմին հանդիպման առաջարկով չեն դիմել․ ՄԻՊ-ը հերքում է տարածել

ՄԻՊ գրասենյակը հերքում է տարածել այսօր մամուլում հրապարակված տեղեկության վերաբերյալ։ Հաղորդագրությունն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

««Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի` «ՄԻՊ-ը «ցրել» է և չի ընդունել արցախցի դատավորներին» վերտառությամբ հրապարակման` Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին վերաբերելի հատվածը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: 

Հունվարի 26-ին վերոնշյալ օրաթերթի նյութերից մեկում նշվել է, իբր արցախցի դատավորները դիմել են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանին` հանդիպման խնդրանքով, սակայն «վերջինս չի ընդունել նրանց, թեև շատերի հետ բավականին ջերմ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել»։

Պաշտոնապես հայտարարում ենք, որ արցախցի դատավորները կենսաթոշակի հարցով անձամբ Պաշտպանին պաշտոնական հանդիպման առաջարկով երբևէ չեն դիմել: Ավելին՝ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմ հանդիպման առաջարկի վերաբերյալ ոչ գրավոր, ոչ էլ բանավոր դիմում չի ստացվել:

Հրապարակման մեջ նաև նշվել է, որ ՄԻՊ ընտրվելուց հետո Անահիտ Մանասյանն առաջին այցելություններից մեկը կատարել է Արցախ, «որտեղ նրան շատ ջերմ ընդունելության են արժանացրել»: Հարկ ենք համարում հավելել, որ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո Անահիտ Մանասյանը նման այց չի իրականացրել՝ ԼՂ մուտք գործելու անհնարինությամբ պայմանավորված:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ու Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն անձամբ են գտնվել Սյունիքում` Գորիսում և Կոռնիձորում, ինչպես նաև` Վայքում, այնուհետև անընդհատ այցեր են իրականացրել և իրականացնում ու հանդիպումներ են ունենում արցախցիների հետ` փորձելով լուծումներ գտնել նրանց իրավունքներին վերաբերելի խնդիրներին։

Վերը նշվածի հաշվառմամբ՝ կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ տարածելուց և հրապարակելուց։ Այդ համատեքստում լրատվամիջոցների մեր գործընկերներին կոչ ենք անում հետևել պատասխանատու լրագրության սկզբունքներին»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ բռնի տեղահանումից շաբաթներ անց Արցախի 21 դատավոր հանդիպել է ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի հետ՝ խնդրելով լուծում գտնել, որ Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված դատավորները Հայաստանում կենսաթոշակ ստանան, սակայն Անդրեասյանից հույսները կտրած նրանք փորձել են իրենց խնդրի լուծումը գտնել ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Անահիտ Մանասյանի միջոցով։ Թերթի հաղորդմամբ՝ արցախցի դատավորները դիմել են Անահիտ Մանասյանին` հանդիպման խնդրանքով, սակայն վերջինս «ցրել» է և չի ընդունել նրանց, թեև շատերի հետ բավականին ջերմ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել։
