Ռուբեն վարդապետ Զարգարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հիսուսի Գալիլեա հասնելու երրորդ օրը Կանա քաղաքում մի հարսանիք կար, և Հիսուսի մայրն այնտեղ էր: Հարսանիքին հրավիրվել էին նաև Հիսուսը և նրա աշակերտները: Երբ գինին պակասեց, մայրը Հիսուսին ասաց.
-Գինի չունեն:
-Մա՛յր, մե՛զ ինչ,- պատասանեց Հիսուսը,- իմ ժամանակը դեռ չի հասել:
Սակայն նրա մայրն ասաց սպասավորներին.
-Նա ինչ որ ասի ձեզ, արե՛ք:
Հրեաների ծիսական մաքրության սովորույթի համաձայն, այնտեղ կային քարե վեց կարասներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրն ութսունից հարյուր լիտր տարողություն ուներ: Հիսուսն ասաց սպասավորներին.
-Այդ կարասները ջրո՛վ լցրեք:
Եվ սպասավորները լցրին բերնեբերան: Հետո ասաց նրանց.
-Հիմա վերցրե՛ք և սեղանապետի՛ն տարեք:
Եվ նրանք տարան: Սեղանապետը համտես արեց գինու փոխված ջուրը, բայց չիմացավ, թե որտեղից էր. թեև սպասավորները, որոնք լցրել էին ջուրը, գիտեին այդ: Այն ժամանակ սեղանապետը փեսային ասաց.
-Ամեն մարդ նախ ընտիր գինին է մատուցում, իսկ երբ մարդիկ հարբում են, այն ժամանակ` հասարակը, այնինչ դու մինչև հիմա պահել ես ընտիր գինին:
Հիսուսն իր առաջին հրաշքը կատարեց Գալիլեայի Կանա քաղաքում:
Այնտեղ նա հայտնեց իր փառքը, և աշակերտները հավատացին նրան:
