«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Թեև գործող իշխանությանը հաջողվեց Ալավերդիում խլել համայնքի կառավարումը, այսինքն՝ փաստացի իշխանազավթում իրականացնել, այդուամենայնիվ, մեր տեղեկություններով, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արեն Մկրտչյանին հանգիստ չի տալիս այն միտքը, որ անձամբ ինքը չի կարողացել համայնքի ղեկավար դառնալ։

Ճիշտ է, ինչպես մեզ փոխանցում են Լոռու մարզի մեր աղբյուրները, նա ստվերային մասնակցում է համայնքի ղեկավարմանը, սակայն 2022 թ. ընտրություններում «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության թեկնածու Արկադի Թամազյանին պարտվելուց հետո, միևնույնն է, ամեն գնով փորձում է դառնալ համայնքապետ։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս նպատակին հասնելու համար իշխանությունները որոշել են Ալավերդու և ևս մի քանի համայնքների խոշորացման միջոցով կազմակերպել նոր ընտրություններ, այնպես, ինչպես արեցին, օրինակ՝ Թալին համայնքի դեպքում։

Սրանով միանգամից երկու խնդիր կլուծեն. վարչական լծակների տոտալ կիրառմամբ Ալավերդիում Արեն Մկրտչյանը կփորձի դառնալ համայնքապետ, միևնույն ժամանակ, նոր ընտրություններով կփորձեն մաքրել նաև տեղի ունեցած խայտառակ իրավական խնդիրները։ Մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները ցանկանում են Ալավերդի համայնքին միացնել Թումանյան համայնքը, իսկ Գորիսին՝ Տաթև և Տեղ համայնքները։
