Քրեական ոստիկանության ֆինանսավարկային և մտավոր սեփականության ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնում ստացած տեղեկությունները ստուգելիս ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ հարկերից խուսափելու հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառված խոշոր չափերով վնասի վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանությունից, պարզվել է, որ սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ մի ընկերության տնօրինությունը 2017-2022 թթ. ընթացքում, առանց համապատասխան գրանցման, որպես վարորդ աշխատանքի է ընդունել 10 անձի` Վայոց ձորի մարզի Խաչիկ համայքից հանքանյութը Արարատի մարզում գտնվող գործարան տեղափոխելու համար: Վարորդներն այդ ընթացքում կանխիկ ստացել են ընդհանուր 60 միլիոն դրամ աշխատավարձ, սակայն տնօրինությունը թաքցրել է 60 միլիոն դրամի չափով իրացման շրջանառությունը, ինչի հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է 16 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամի վնաս:

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
