Ականապատ քարտեզներն ու պետության անարգումը

Ականապատ տարածքների քարտեզների հերթական «նվերը» Ադրբեջանին վկայեց Հայաստանի պետական համակարգի ապաշնորհությունը, իշխող ուժի՝ պետության նկատմամբ անարգանքը, սեփական խոսքի նկատմամբ հարգանքի բացակայությունը։
Պաշտոնական Երևանը ցավով արձանագրել է, որ իր՝ ականապատ դաշտերի նոր քարտեզներ պատրաստելու և դրանք ադրբեջանական կողմին փոխանցելու մարդասիրական նախաձեռնությունն արժանացել է բացասական ու հեգնական արձագանքի։ «Ինչպես բազմիցս նշվել է, Հայաստանը, այդ թվում՝ որպես վստահության ամրապնդման միջոց, Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցել իր տրամադրության տակ եղած բոլոր ականապատ քարտեզները՝ ստանալով դրանք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պաշտոնյաներից։ Հետագայում, առաջնորդվելով մարդասիրական նպատակներով՝ Հայաստանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին պաշտոնյաների շրջանում հարցումներով նոր քարտեզներ է պատրաստել՝ քարտեզներն Ադրբեջանին փոխանցելու համար», - X-ում արված գրառման մեջ նշում է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը։
Հայաստանի Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը նախօրեին տեղեկացրել է, թե ականների մասին նոր տեղեկամատյաններ են ի հայտ եկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի զինծառայողների շրջանում վերջերս անցկացված հարցումների արդյունքում։ Բաքուն, սակայն, կոշտ արձագանքեց դրանք փոխանցելու հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությանը։ «Ցավոք սրտի, այս նախաձեռնությունն անմիջապես արժանացավ ադրբեջանական կողմի խիստ բացասական և հեգնական արձագանքին` ժխտելով Հայաստանի վստահության ամրապնդման ջանքերը, շարունակելով շահարկել թեման և Հայաստանի դրական քայլը վերածելով էսկալացիայի ու բացասական հռետորաբանության առիթի», - գրառման մեջ շեշտել է ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը։ Իսկ Բաքուն, ի դեպ, առանձնապես ոչինչ էլ չի արել, որի համար կարելի լիներ այս դեպքում քննադատել։ Ծաղրել է, հիշեցրել, որ երկար ժամանակ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հերքում էին, որ ականապատ տարածքների քարտեզներ ունեն, նշել, թե Երևանի այս քայլը վստահության ամրապնդմանը միտված քայլ չէ։
Ադրբեջանը Երևանի խոսքի ու գործի անհամապատասխանությունն օգտագործելու է մեր իսկ դեմ՝ միջազգային հանրության մոտ տպավորություն ստեղծելու, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարքային ստախոս են։ Այն, որ ստախոս են, դա հայ հանրությունը հրաշալի գիտի, բայց միջազգային ասպարեզում իշխող վարչախմբին ու մեր երկիրը նույն արշինով են չափելու։
