«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանը սահմանների պաշտպանության հարցում կոշտ դիրքորոշում ունի

Հայ-ադրբեջանական կոնֆլիկտում սահմանային միջադեպեր միշտ են տեղի ունեցել, սակայն 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանն արդեն «արդյունաբերական» հիմքերի վրա է դրել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները և պարբերաբար սադրանքներ է իրականացնում Հայաստանի սահմանի մոտ, ընդ որում մի քանի դեպքում էլ ներխուժել է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք, ամրացել։

2016-2018 թվականներին Սերժ Սարգսյանին 800 հեկտար տարածք կորցնելու մեջ մեղադրող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը միայն Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից, իր իսկ նշած, ադրբեջանցիների տիրապետման տակ է թողել 42 քառակուսի կմ-ից ավելին։

Ադրբեջանն օգտվում է այդ հանգամանքից, որ գրավել է բավականին լուրջ ռազմավարական դիրքեր և փորձում է թե՛ Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի և թե՛ սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչների համար անտանելի դարձնել կյանքը՝ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներով։ Մինչդեռ ընդամենը հարկավոր էր համարժեք պատասխանել թշնամուն, որպեսզի հաջորդ անգամ կրակելուց առաջ մտածի։

2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին պաշտպանության այն ժամանակվա նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանն ընդունել էր Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Լին Թրեյսիին։ Պաշտպանության նախարարը ներկայացրել էր Հայաստանի սահմաններին տիրող իրավիճակը՝ նշելով ադրբեջանական կողմից պարբերաբար իրականացվող սադրանքների մասին։ Կարապետյանը վերահաստատել էր խնդիրները խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորելու հայկական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ շեշտելով Հայաստանի սահմանները և տարածքային անձեռնմխելիությունը պաշտպանելու վճռականությունը։

Մի քանի ամիս անց Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փոխարինեցին Արշակ Կարապետյանին Սուրեն Պապիկյանով՝ առանց հոդաբաշխ բացատրություն տալու։ Դեռ այն ժամանակ էլ մամուլը գրեց, որ Արշակ Կարապետյանին հեռացրել են ադրբեջանական հերթական սադրանքը կանխելու, համարժեք պատասխան տալու համար։ Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերի 4-ին իր աղմկահարույց տեսաուղերձում Արշակ Կարապետյանը պնդեց, որ իրեն պաշտոնից հեռացրել են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի առաջխաղացման դեպքում կրակ բացելու հրաման տալու համար։

Փաստացի Արշակ Կարապետյանը բացահայտեց գործող իշխանությունների ապազգային և դավաճան էությունը և ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխող ուժն ամեն ինչ անում է Հայաստանը թուլացնելու, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմից վասալային կախվածության մեջ գցելու համար։ Ըստ մեր հավաստի տեղեկությունների Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանը մեծ կապեր ունի բոլոր առաջատար երկրներում, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը, որ ստեղծել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը, ի տարբերություն գործող իշխանությունների, սահմանների պաշտպանության հարցում կոշտ դիրքորոշում ունի, իսկ այդ կառույցում հավաքված են մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց երկարամյա կենսագրության ընթացքում ապացուցել են, որ կանգնած են հայ ժողովրդի և Հայկական զինված ուժերի կողքին։
