Արմեն Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Հունվարի 28-ին լրանում է Հայոց Բանակի կազմավորման 32-րդ տարեդարձը։ Հայկական բանակը անցել է փառավոր ուղի՝ արձանագրելով իր ուժերից վեր բազմաթիվ հաղթանակներ: Ցավոք Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմի պարտությունը մեծ հարված էր, սակայն վստահ ենք ու միակամ, որ հայոց հաղթանակները դեռ առջևում են, ու մեր փառապանծ բանակը փյունիկի պես վեր է հառնելու մոխիրներից ու կանգնի ապագա Հայաստանի հաղթանակների հիմքում:
Հունվարի 28-ին, ժամը 15.00-ին Եռաբլուրի եկեղեցու հարակից հրապարակից մենք մեր խոնարհման երթով կայցելենք Արցախյան պատերազմների հերոսների, մեր մարտական ընկերների շիրիմներին: Երթի վերջում հանդես կգանք հայտարարությամբ:
