ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպո Գրանդին հայտնել է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի հետևանքով 10 միլիոն ուկրաինացիներ դարձել են փախստականներ և ներքին տեղահանվածներ, և նրանց մեծ մասը դեռ չի կարող վերադառնալ տուն։ Գրանդիի տվյալներով՝ 6,3 մլն մարդ մեկնել է արտասահման, եւս 3,7 մլն մարդ հատուկ ռազմական գործողության գոտուց տարհանվել է Ուկրաինայի այլ շրջաններ։ 2,5 միլիոն մարդ, ըստ ՄԱԿ-ի, դեռևս չի կարողանում վերադառնալ իրենց տները վտանգավոր իրավիճակի պատճառով։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Արևմուտքի՝ մինչև վերջ աջակցելու խոստմանը հավատացած ուկրաինացիներն ստիպված են փրկվել պատերազմից՝ լքելով սեփական հայրենիքը: Մոտավորապես, նման մի պատկեր էլ ՄԱԿ-ը արձանագրել էր 2008 թվականին վրաց-օսական հակամարտությունից հետո, որը հայտնի է նաև որպես «օգոստոսյան պատերազմ»։ Այն տևեց 5 օր և ավարտվեց վրացական կողմի ռազմական պարտությամբ, ՌԴ և մի քանի այլ երկրների կողմից Հարավային Օսիայի և Աբխազիայի անկախության ճանաչմամբ, ինչպես նաև այդ հանրապետություններում ռուսական ռազմական ներկայության ամրապնդմամբ։ Պատերազմի արդյունքում, ըստ տարբեր աղբյուրների, հարյուրավոր, եթե ոչ հազարավոր մարդիկ ստիպված էին լքել իրենց տունն ու դառնալ փախստական: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ 2008 թվականին Վրաստանի իշխանությունները, սկսելով ռազմական գործողությունները, ոգեշնչված էին հենց Արևմուտքից և մասնավորապես՝ ԱՄՆ-ից հնչող աջակցության խոստումներով:

Ահա ևս մեկ այլ դրվագ՝ Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զորակազմի անակնկալ դուրս բերման արդյունքում տասնյակ հազարավոր աղֆանցիներ, հայտնվելով մեն-մենակ Թալիբան շարժման առջև, ստիպված լքեցին երկիրը՝ հեռանալով հիմնականում Իրան և Պակիստան: Ոչ պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ փախստական դարձած աֆղանցիների թիվն անցնում էր 50 հազարը:

2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի և 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան ագրեսիայի հետևանքով շուրջ 120 հազար արցախցի, ենթարկվելով էթնիկ զտման, ստիպված եղան լքել իրենց հայրենիքը՝ ապաստան գտնելով Հայաստանում։ Ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների՝ պատերազմի օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի համաձայնվել ռուսական կողմի և անձամբ ՌԴ նախագահի կողմից առաջարկած միջնորդությանը, ինչը թույլ կտար կանգնեցնել պատերազմը և խուսափել շատ ավելի մեծ կորուստներից, քանի որ ՀՀ վարչապետն ուղղորդվում էր հենց Արևմուտքից եկող՝ մինչև վերջ կռվելու հորդորներով: Թե ինչ եղավ արդյունքում՝ այսօր արդեն ակնհայտ է:

Այս օրինակները հուշում են ՀՀ իշխանություններին զերծ մնալ հերթական արկածախնդրությունից, չվտանգել ՀՀ–ի առանց այդ էլ խարխուլ անվտանգային համակարգը և չտանել Հայաստանը նոր փորձությունների: Արևմուտքի գեղեցիկ խոստումներին հավատացող Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմակիցները պետք է դասեր քաղեն ինչպես այլ երկրների լիդերների, այնպես էլ սեփական սխալներից...
