Ատոմային ոլորտում ՀՀ վայրիվերումները Ռուսաստանի սրտով չեն

Ռուսաստանն ակնհայտորեն նյարդայնանում է միջուկային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վայրիվերումներից։ Դեռևս 2022 թվականին իշխանությունը հայտարարեց, որ ցանկանում են նոր ատոմակայանի շինարարության մեջ ընդունել արևմտյան մոդելով սարքվող մոդուլյար ատոմակայանների շինարարությունը, ավելին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության պաշտոնյա Մարիա Լոնգին Կոնգրեսում կայացած լսումներում հայտարարեց, որ դիտարկում են Հայաստանում մոդուլային, միջուկային ռեակտորներ կառուցելու ծրագիրը։ Դա կարող է նպաստել, ըստ Լոնգի, ինչպես Ռուսաստանից, այնպես էլ Չինաստանից Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անկախությամբ։
Ռուսական կողմն, իհարկե, չափազանց կոշտ է արձագանքում նման դեպքերում, հատկապես, երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է էներգետիկ ոլորտին, ինչը բնականաբար հայկական կողմը պետք է հասկանա, ընդ որում նույն Լիխաչովը Սոչիում կայացած ցուցահանդեսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, թե կարող են կառուցել և՛ 1000, և՛ 600 ու 400 ՄՎտ հզորության մոդուլյան ատոմակայանի բլոկներ, ինչով կարող է ծածկել Հայաստանի կարիքները։
Օրեր առաջ էլ Հայաստանի ատոմակայան էր այցելել Չինաստանի դեսպանը՝ քննարկելու համագործակցության, այդ թվում նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման հարցերը։ Փաստացի, մեր տարածաշրջանում երեք գլխավոր գերտերությունները մտնում են բավականին լուրջ պայքարի մեջ, ատոմակայանի շինարարությունն իրենց կողմից կառուցելու և այդ կերպ Հայաստանի էներգետիկ իրավիճակի վրա լիակատար վերահսկողություն ստանալու առումով։ Իհարկե, շատ ավելի լուրջ ստարտային դիրքեր ունի Ռուսաստանը, սակայն կախված Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների տրամադրվածությունից, քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու քայլերից չի բացառվում, որ Հայաստանն ի վերջո հերթական սխալ որոշումը կայացնի։
