Ադրբեջանը կփոխի՞ իր սահմանադրությունը․ Նիկոլը ՀՀ լուծարման գործընթաց է նախաձեռնել

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ալիևի պահանջով նախաձեռնել է ՀՀ–ի համար նոր սահմանադրության ընդունման գործընթաց։ Թիրախում ՀՀ անկախության հռչակագիրն է։

Ալիևը Նիկոլից պահանջում է զրկել ՀՀ–ն անկախության հիմքերից, ինչին արդեն հաջորդելու է ՀՀ լուծարման գործընթացը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շատ լավ հասկանում է այս ամենը, բայց իրեն բացառապես սեփական կաշվի փրկությունն է հետաքրքրում։ Բնականաբար՝ Հայաստանի հաշվին։

Նիկոլն իր կաշվի փրկությունն ակնկալում է Թուրքիայից ու Ադրբեջանից։ Վերջիններս բազում նախապայմաններ են առաջ քաշում՝ դիմացը Հայաստանի համար ոչինչ չխոստանալով։ Ավելի ճիշտ՝ Հայաստանի դեմ նոր քայլեր նախապատրաստելով։

«Ժողվարչապետն» իր կապիտուլյացիոն քաղաքականությունը սկզբում բանաձևում էր «Արցախը հանձնենք, որ խաղաղ ապրենք»–ով։ Հիմա նա նոր բանաձև է առաջ քաշում։ Դա նոր խաբեության բանաձևն է։ Ասում է՝ «նոր սահմանադրություն ընդունենք, անկախության հռչակագրից հրաժարվենք, որ խաղաղ ապրենք»։ Վերջում ասելու է՝ «Եկեք Երևանը հանձնենք, որ խաղաղ ապրենք»։ Ամեն ինչ դրան է գնում։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընկել է ծուղակը և ուզում է Հայաստանին էլ իր հետ կործանել։ Ասում է՝ պատրաստ եմ երաշխիքներ տալ Ադրբեջանին, որ տարածքային պահանջ չունեմ և ակնկալում եմ նաև նմանատիպ երաշխիք Ալիևից։ Վերջինս, բնականաբար, ծիծաղում է իր իսկ կողմից «հարբած ծաղրածու» որակվածի վրա։

Եթե Ադրբեջանը հայելային վարքագիծ դրսևորեր, ապա պետք է իր հերթին հրաժարվեր իր սահմանադրությունից, որի հիմքում 1918 թվականի մայիսին ընդունված «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական անկախության մասին» ակտն է։ Այսինքն՝ ներկայիս Ադրբեջանն իրեն մուսաֆատական Ադրբեջանի ժառանգորդ է հռչակել, ինչը նշանակում է տարածքային պահանջներ ներկա Հայաստանից։ Նիկոլը ծպտուն չի հանում այդ մասին, բայց իր կողմից նախաձեռնել է ՀՀ լուծարման գործընթաց՝ հանուն «խաղաղության»։ Սա պետական հանցագործություն է։ Սա նաև հայ ժողովրդին սպասող մեծ ողբերգության մասին անոնս է։ Այդ ողբերգությունը կանխելու թիվ մեկ նախապայմանը նիկոլական իշխանության հեռացումն է։
