Շտապօգնության աշխատակցի առողջությանը վնաս հասցնելու համար մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել հորը և որդիներին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում իրականացվող քննությամբ պարզվում են մի խումբ անձանց կողմից շտապօգնության բժշկի առողջությանը վնաս հասցնելու դեպքի հանգամանքները։
2024թ․ հունվարի 13-ին Ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Նորաշեն թաղամասում գտնվող շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում հարձակվել են շտապօգնության բժշկի վրա, ով մարմնական վնավածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Արմենիա» բժշկակական կենտրոն։
Դեպքի առիթվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, իսկ շտապօգնության աշխատակիցը ճանաչվել է տուժող։
Իրականացված նախաքննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ հունվարի 13-ին՝ ժամը 09:10-ին, բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերելու կապակցությամբ «Շտապ բուժօգնություն» ՊՓԲԸ-ի խումբը, որի կազմում է եղել տուժող բժիշկը, կանչով մեկնել է վերը նշված հասցե։ Այնտեղ բնակվող՝ բուժօգնության կարիք ուենցող տղամարդուն բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար բժիշկը բուժքրոջը հրահանգել է ներարկել ցավազրկող դեղամիջոց, ինչն առաջացրել է տղամարդու դժգոհությունը։
Վերջինս հրաժարվել է ներարկումից՝ պահանջելով ներարկել այլ դեղամիջոց: Դրա ոչ նպատակահարմար լինելու մասին բժշկի պարզաբանումից վրդովված տղամարդը բժշկի հասցեին հնչեցրել է սեռական բնույթի հահոյանքներ, ինչի շուրջ առաջացած վիճաբանության ընթացքում հիվանդն աթոռը նետել է բժշկի ուղղությամբ, որը դիպել է վերջինիս ոտքին։ Դրանից հետո տղամարդու երկու որդիները հարձակվել են բժշկի վրա և արդեն երեքով անկանոն հարվածներ հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ և մարմանկան վնասվածքներ գլխի, պարանոցի և մարմնի այլ հատվածների շրջանում:
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա նշված հասցեի բնակչին և նրա երկու որդիներին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 171-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 5-րդ կետերով:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ազգաբնակչությանը հորդորում է ձեռնպահ մնալ իրենց մասնագիտական աշխատանքը կատարող բուժաշխատողների գործողությունները հանցավոր կերպով խոչընդոտելու, որևէ կերպ դրան միջամտելու փորձերից։
Հանցավոր ոտնձգության ցանկացած դեպք արժանանալու է համաչափ իրավական գնահատականի՝ դրանից բխող հետևանքներով։
