2022 թվականին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե պետք է արգելել ճանապարհներին խաչքարեր ու խաչեր տեղադրելը: «Հայաստանում տարերային, նույնիսկ խուճապային տեմպերով ինչ-որ խաչեր են անընդհատ հայտնվում»,- կառավարության նիստում հայտարարել էր նա:
Ինչպես արդեն գրել էինք, վերջին օրերին այս թեման նորից ակտուալացավ, մասնավորապես, տեղեկություններ են տարածվում, որ միջպետական և համայնքային ճանապարհներին տեղադրված խաչերը, խաչքարերն ու հուշակոթողները պետք է ապամոնտաժվեն: Այսինքն՝ Փաշինյանի ասածը լո՞ւրջ են ընդունել։
MediaHub-ը երեկ կապ էր հաստատել Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանի, Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի ղեկավարի, Սիսիանի համայնքապետի հետ, և բոլորը միաբերան նշեցին, թե տեղյակ չեն ապամոնտաժման վերաբերյալ գործընթացից:
Բայց ահա Վայոց Ձորի փոխմարզպետ Բագրատ Սողոմոնյանը, որը համակարգում է քաղշին ոլորտը, MediaHub-ի զանգից հետո ոսումնասիրել է ցուցակները, թե ինչ է տեղադրված ճանապարհներին, որոնք ժամանակին հաշվառվել են։
«Ապամոնտաժելու մասին որոշում չկա, ես հիմա նյութերին ծանոթանում եմ, նայում եմ ցուցակներ, թե ինչ է տեղադրված, որը ժամանակին հաշվառվել է։ Ստացել ենք հանձնարարական ընդամենը հաշվառել և իմանալ` ինչը ինչի համար է»,– ասաց Սողոմոնյանը։
Հարցին, թե որոշում ունե՞ն խաչերն ու խաչքարերը ճանապարհներից ապամոնտաժելու, փոխմարզպետը պատասխանեց, որ իրեն առայժմ այդպիսի բան չի հանձնարարվել։
Դեռ երեկ մեր հարցերին, թե արդյո՞ք այդպիսի որոշումներ կան, որ խաչերը և խաչքարերը պետք է ապամոնտաժվեն, ստացել էինք հերքող պատասխաններ, սակայն պարզվում է, որ որոշ տեղերում, այդուհանդերձ, գործընթաց կա՝ մարզերում սկսել են հաշվառել ինքնակամ կառուցված (տեղադրված) հուշաքարերը, խաչերն ու խաչքարերը: Հետևապես, կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ այնքան էլ հեռու չէ այն օրը, երբ դրանք կհանեն ու կապամոնտաժեն, ինչպես ժամանակին ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այդպիսով «մաքրելով» ճանապարհը ադրբեջանցիների համար․․․
