«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի մոգոնած և մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրած նախագիծը՝ «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկան «Հայաստանի պատմություն» վերանվանելու հետ կապված, ընդամենը մի քանի օր էր տեղադրվել իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում՝ e-draft.am-ում, երբ «Փաստն» արձանագրեց, որ քվեարկությունը զարմանալի զարգացումներ է ստանում: Նշել էինք, թե այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ կազմակերպվել է «ֆեյքային» գրոհ, որպեսզի «դեմ» քվեարկողների թիվն այդքան շատ չերևա:
Այս վիճակը շարունակվեց նաև հետագա օրերին. որքան «դեմ» քվեարկողների քանակը մեծանում էր, այնքան «ակտիվանում» էին «կողմ» քվեարկողները: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն հանձնարարել է իր կառուցվածքում գտնվող աշխատակիցներին՝ քվեարկել փոփոխության օգտին: Այս «սուրբ գործին», մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, լծվել է նաև ՔՊ-ի քարոզչական «սաստավը»: Ի դեպ, ըստ էության, իշխանությունները բավականին «չարչարվում» են, քանի որ «դեմ» քվեարկողների թիվը չափազանց մեծ է, իսկ նման ցուցանիշին «դիմագրավելը»՝ շատ դժվար:
Այս «պատերազմի» արդյունքում նշյալ նախագիծն ունեցել է e-draft.am-ի համար աննախադեպ՝ մոտ 35 հազար դիտում: Որևէ այլ նախագծի հետ նույնիսկ համադրելի չէ նաև քվեարկողների (ավելի քան 7000) ու մեկնաբանողների (մոտ 170) քանակը: Ու չնայած ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն ու ՔՊ-ն շարունակում են հրահանգավորված «լցոնումն» ու քվեարկության իրական պատկերը աղճատելու փորձերը, «դեմ» քվեարկողների քանակը շարունակում է մեծամասնություն կազմել, թեպետ որոշ օրերի մի քանի ժամով «ֆեյքային» քվեարկությունն «արդյունք» էր տվել, և «կողմ» քվեարկողների քանակը հատել էր 50 տոկոսի սահմանագիծը: Երեկվա դրությամբ հարաբերակցությունը 46/54 էր՝ հօգուտ «դեմ» արտահայտվողների:
Այսինքն, փաստացի հասարակությունը «թաղում» է իշխանությունների հակազգային նախաձեռնությունը: Ավելին, մոտ 160 մեկնաբանության մեջ բոլորն ընդդիմացողներն են, ընդ որում՝ մեծամասնությունը՝ բավականին փաստարկված:
Այն, որ մեկնաբանությունների և առաջարկների մեջ որևէ դրական արձագանք չկա, նույնպես խոսում է «կողմ» քվեարկությունների «ֆեյքային» բնույթի մասին: Հասկանալի է, շատ ավելի բարդ է տրամաբանված ու փաստարկված կարծիքներ կազմել ու բաժանել «սատելիտներին», քան ուղղակի կարգադրել՝ «կողմ» քվեարկել:
