«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
News.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետը «մուրացկանության մարտավարություն» է անվանել Փաշինյանի չհարձակման պայմանագրի գաղափարը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոչերը, որոնք ուղղված են Ադրբեջանին, որպեսզի մինչև խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելը երկրները չհարձակման մասին պայմանագիր կնքեն, իրականում ձեռնտու են հենց Երևանին, NEWS.ru-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է քաղաքագետ, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարությանն առընթեր ֆինանսական համալսարանի դոցենտ Գևորգ Միրզայանը։ Նրա կարծիքով, նման նախաձեռնությունը հարևան երկրներին չեն մոտեցնում խաղաղությանը։
«Դա կոչվում է «մուրացկանի մարտավարություն», երբ ուժեղը քեզ ոչինչ չի տալիս, իսկ դու սկսում ես նրանից ինչ-որ բան մուրալ, դրանով ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել և օտար ընկերներիդ ցույց տալ, որ ինչ-որ նախաձեռնություններով ես հանդես գալիս»,- նշել է Միրզայանը։ Փորձագետի կարծիքով, նման խնդրանքները ոչ միայն ստորացնում են Հայաստանին, այլև ավելի են ձգձգում խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կնքումը։ «Փաշինյանի մարտավարությունը միայն հանգեցնում է նրան, որ բոլորը ծիծաղում են Հայաստանի վրա: Մյուս կողմից՝ դա թույլ է տալիս համոզել հայ հասարակության այն ներկայացուցիչներին, ովքեր քվեարկել են Փաշինյանի օգտին, որ իրենց ընտրյալն իսկապես անում է այն, ինչ խոստացել է, և ինչ-որ կերպ ձգտում է խաղաղություն կնքել Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Չնայած իրականում Հայաստանը նման կերպ ոչ մի կետով էլ չի մոտենում խաղաղությանը»,- դժգոհել է Գևորգ Միրզայանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 28-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանն առաջարկել է Ադրբեջանին ստորագրել չհարձակման պայմանագիր, եթե երկու երկրների միջև խաղաղ պայմանագրի ստորագրման գործընթացը հետաձգվի։ Ըստ վարչապետի, Երևանը նաև կոչ է արել Բաքվին ներդնել սպառազինությունների փոխադարձ վերահսկողության մեխանիզմ։
