POLITICS«Հակառակորդը, որ ցանկանում է ձեզ ոչնչացնել, նման է կոկորդիլոսի, երբ դու նրան կտոր-կտոր կերակրում ես՝ հույս ունենալով, որ այդ կոկորդիլոսը կամ կկշտանա, կամ էլ քեզ կուտի վերջում»։ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Չերչիլն այդ մասին ասել էր, երբ լորդ Չեմբերլենը ցանկանում էր պայմանավորվել Հիտլերի հետ և խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել։
Այս թևավոր ասացվածքը կարելի է նաև պրոյեկտել այսօրվա մեր իրականության վրա, երբ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու՝ հաշվի չառնելով օբյեկտիվ իրողությունները և Ադրբեջանի՝ օրեցօր ավելացող ախորժակը։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ մեր պատմության մեջ երբևիցե այդքան վտանգավոր ժամանակահատված չենք ապրել, ապրել ենք շատ ծանր, գուցե դժոխային ժամանակներ, բայց ինչ վերաբերում է հայ ազգի գոյատևմանը, նույնիսկ 1915 թվականին այսպիսի խնդիր չի եղել, փոխարենը Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները զբաղված են բոլորովին ոչ նրանով, ինչով պիտի զբաղվեին գոյաբանական այսպիսի բարդ իրավիճակում, նմանվել են խեղճացած մի բազմության, որն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, թե հակառակորդը երբեք չի կշտանալու։
Ըստ էության այսօր յուրաքանչյուրը կարող է փաստել, որ ոչ ոք Հայաստանի հետ չի ցանկանում խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել։ Լավագույն դեպքում կարող է լինել այսպես կոչված «շրջանակային պայմանագիր», որը ոչինչ չի պարտադրելու ադրբեջանական կողմին, մինչդեռ, ըստ Կարապետյանի, Ադրբեջանն առաջարկում է պայմանավորվել առանց միջնորդների, իսկ դա պայմանավորվածություն չէ։
«Ցանկացած պատերազմ վերջանում է ինչ-որ բանակցություններով, այդ բանակցություններում լինում են միջնորրդներ, եթե Նախիջևանի ստատուսի գարանտը լիներ Թուրքիան 90-ականներին և Ռուսաստանը, այսօր Նախիջևանի հարց չէր լինի, և հայկական կողմն ավելի կլուծեր այդ հարցը, քան այն ժամանակ Ղարաբաղինը։ Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է պայմանավորվել հակառակորդի հետ՝ առանց երրորդ երկրի ներկայության, չէ՞ որ կարող է գալ մի ժամանակ, երբ այդ գարանտն իր խոսքը պետք է ասի», - նշել է Կարապետյանը, փաստել, որ Հայաստանի ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար առանցքային մեղավորները հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմն են, որոնք որևէ կերպ օբյեկտիվ իրողությունները չեն հասկանում, իսկ թե դա դավաճանության, կամ տգիտության արդյունք է, դեռևս պետք է պարզել։
