Ադրբեջանի սպասելիքները՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ տարվող բանակցություններից, չեն փոխվել. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Ռազմավարական և ազգային հետազոտությունների հայկական կենտրոնի գիտական մասի գծով տնօրեն Մանվել Սարգսյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է բանակցային պրոցեսից սպասել մեկ բան, որ իր նախապայմանները պետք է ընդունվեն բոլորի՝ միջազգային հանրության, Հայաստանի, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի կողմից:

Մանվել Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ հենց սա է պատճառը, որ ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարեց, որ այն ձևական բնույթ ուներ:

«Ալիևը բանակցություններից չի ստացել այն, ինչ ակնկալում է, դրա համար հայտարարում է, որ այն իր համար ձևական բնույթ ուներ: Ադրբեջանի համար բանակցությունները մեկ նպատակ են հետապնդում՝ պարտադրել Հայաստանին ընդունել իրենց դիրքորոշումը»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը:

Միաժամանակ, քաղաքագետը հորդորեց Ալիևի վերոգրյալ հայտարարությանը մեծ նշանակություն չտալ՝ ասելով, որ այն արտառոց չէ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է կարծիքներին, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հռետորաբանությունը դարձել է հասցեական, ինչը ևս չի բավարարում ադրբեջանական կողմին, ապա Մանվել Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ պարզապես ադրբեջանական սադրանքները շփման գծում հանգեցրին նրան, որ բանակցությունների օրակարգը փոխվեց:

«Բանակցություններն ընթանում են լարվածությունը թուլացնելու թեմայով: Հարցը կարգավորելու խնդիր դրված չէ: Սա իրենց ռազմական դիվանագիտություն կոչվածն է՝ սրել իրավիճակը, դրանով փոխել բանակցությունների թեման: Բնական է, որ Մինսկի խումբն էլ այս ամենի արդյունքում ստիպված արձագանքում է սահմանային լարվածությանը, երբեմն սաստում ադրբեջանական կողմին: Այս ամենը Ադրբեջանի համար անակնկալ էր, նրանք չէին սպասում, որ ՄԽ-ն կարձագանքի լարվածության հանգամանքին»,- շեշտեց քաղաքագետը:

Մանվել Սարգսյանը հիշեցրեց, որ օրերս Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարն առաջարկեց վերադառնալ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման թեմային՝ հասկանալով, որ լարվածությամբ թեման շեղելու քաղաքականությունը ձախողված է:

«Սրան նպաստեց նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ ԱՄՆ-ն առաջարկեց սարքեր տեղադրել շփման գծում, հսկողությունը ուժեղացնել, որպեսզի տեսնեն, թե ով է խախտում հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Որպեսզի խուսափեն սրանից, Ադրբեջանն անգամ հիշեց Կազանի տարբերակը, որը առաջարկվել էր Մեդվեդևի կողմից, և այն ժամանակ մերժվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից»,- մասնավորեցրեց Սարգսյանը:
