Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ընթացող բողոքի ակցիան իր սկզբնական շրջանում ստացվեց, քանի որ հասարակությունն այլևս վստահություն չունի քաղաքական դաշտի նկատմամբ։ Նման դիտարկում այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն արեց քաղաքական տեխնոլոգ Կարեն Քոչարյանը։

«Չեմ ասի, թե հետո չստացվեց, բայց յուրաքանչյուր ակցիա ունենում է վերելք ու վայրէջք, ուղղակի վայրէջքը փոքր-ինչ շուտ եղավ։ Դա եղավ մի քանի պատճառով. նախաձեռնող խմբի երիտասարդները անփորձ էին, չկա կազմակերպվածություն, չկան լիդերներ, հռետորներ»,-ասաց նա։

Կարեն Քոչարյանն ընդգծեց, որ ակցիայի դրդապատճառները շատ ավելի խորն էին իրականում, քան սակագնի բարձրացումը յոթ դրամով կամ տասնյոթ դրամով։

«Խնդիրն ունի ավելի խորը արմատներ՝ գլոբալ համակարգային խնդիրներ, օլիգարխիկ համակարգը, ընդհանուր անվստահության մթնոլորտը, արդարության պակասի մթնոլորտը։ Ոչ մեկն այսօր չի հավատում արդարադատությանը, իշխանական, առողջապահական, կրթական համակարգերի նկատմամբ հավատ չկա։ Այսինքն, ոչ մի բանի նկատմամբ չկա հավատ, որը պետք է բերեր պոռթկման։ Իմ կարծիքով շատ բան ստացվեց ու չեն կարող «փչացնել» այդ տղաներին»,- ասաց նա։

Դիտարկմանը, թե ՀՀ նախագահի՝ ՀԷՑ-ում աուդիտ անցկացնելու մասին հայտարարությունից հետո պառակտում մտավ երիտասարդների շրջանում, Կարեն Քոչարյանը չհամաձայնեց՝ նշելով, որ ընթացքը նորմալ է և երիտասարդները միմյանց կհասկանան, պարզապես պետք է, ո որևէ մեկը չմիջամտի։

«Ամեն ինչ նորմալ է ընթանում, երիտասարդները ինքնուրույն կկողմնորոշվեն՝ ինչ են անում։ Մի խառնվեք, իրենք իրար կհասկանան։ Յուրաքանչյուր պրոցես ունի իր լոգիկան, որի մեջ է տեղավորվում նաև միմյանց հետո չհամաձայնվելը, ինչ-որ հարցերի շուրջ տարբեր տեսակետներ ունենալը։ Համոզված եմ, որ իրենք գալու են իրար հետ նույն հայտարարի»,-ասաց նա։

Կարեն Քոչարյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ աուդիտի ավարտից հետո, եթե պարզվի, որ ՀԷՑ-ը լավ է աշխատում և թանկացումը պետք է լինի, ապա բոլորը նորից նույն ոգևորությամբ դուրս կգան փողոց։
