Ո՞ւմ դեմ են նման «մերձեցումները». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հունվարի կեսերին ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, ոչ անհայտ Տոյվո Կլաարի ուղեկցությամբ Հայաստան էր այցելել Հարավային Կովկասում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինան, ապա հունվարի վերջին «Արմենպրեսին» տված հարցազրույցում ամփոփել էր արդյունքները: Խավիեր Կոլոմինան հանդիպել էր Հայաստանում իշխող ռեժիմի գրեթե բոլոր բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ սկսած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից, վերջացրած Սուրեն Պապիկյանով, այցը գնահատել է «ընդհանուր առմամբ, լավ, շատ էական»: Ուղիղ խոսքով՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ԳՔ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն ասել է.
«Մենք շատ գոհ ենք Հայաստանի հետ այսօր ունեցած երկկողմ հարաբերություններից: Մեզ շատ ոգևորում են նաև այն որոշումները, որոնք Հայաստանն ընդունել է արտաքին և պաշտպանական քաղաքականության մեջ, այն տեղաշարժը, որը նրանք որոշել են իրականացնել: Ես գիտեմ, որ դա դժվար իրագործելի որոշում է, և, հավանաբար, դրա իրագործումը երկար ժամանակ կպահանջի, բայց մենք, իհարկե, խրախուսում ենք մեր գործընկերներին մերձենալ մեզ հետ, և դա այն է, ինչ անում է Հայաստանը»: Շատ ավելի ուշագրավ է Կոլոմինայի մեկ այլ ձևակերպում. «Մենք այժմ աշխատում ենք անհատապես հարմարեցված գործընկերության նոր ծրագրի (ITPP) վրա՝ բավականին հավակնոտ նպատակներով։ Մենք աշխատում ենք վերապատրաստման հնարավորությունների վրա։ Երկու տարի առաջ՝ հիմնականում պատերազմից հետո, համագործակցությունը մի տեսակ սառեցված էր, և այս քայլերը, այս տեղաշարժը շատ բովանդակային է»:
Ասվածից պարզ է դառնում, որ անկախ այն բանից, թե ինչ մանևրումներ էր անում Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանում, իրականում սերտորեն մերձենում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ: Շատ փորձագետների կարծիքով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ մերձենալով՝ Հայաստանը ավելի է ներքաշում արկածախնդրության մեջ: Ավելին, ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներն ու փորձագետները արդեն իսկ այս հայտարարությունները գրեթե միաձայն նշում են, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն «հրապուրում» է Հայաստանին, ինչի նպատակը մեկն է՝ հարվածել Ռուսաստանին: Առավել ևս, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն չի էլ թաքցնում, թե հատկապես ում, որ երկրի դեմ է նպատակաուղղված լինելու Հայաստանի հետ իրենց համագործակցությունը:
Ի դեպ, ավելորդ չէ նշել, ՆԱՏՕ-ի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն առանձնակի խանդաղատանքով է արտահայտվում տարածաշրջանում իրենց միակ դաշնակից Թուրքիայի և նրա դերակատարման վերաբերյալ: Ավելին, շատ պարզորոշ հասկացնում է, որ եթե Հայաստանը մերձենում է ՆԱՏՕ-ին, ապա պարտադիր պիտի ընդունի Թուրքիայի գերիշխանությունը իր նկատմամբ: Դա ասվում է տողատակով, ոչ ուղղակի, բայց հասկացողը կհասկանա:
