Նրա վճարած հարկերի շնորհիվ է սնվում, հագնվում զինվորը: Նրա վճարած հարկերի շնորհիվ են թոշակ ստանում թոշակառուները, նպաստ ստանում նպաստառուները, առողջապահական ծառայություններ ստանում հարյուր հազարավոր մարդիկ, ում ստացած ծառայությունների դիմաց վճարում է պետական բյուջեն եւ այս վճարումների շնորհիվ են աշխատում առողջապահական հիմնարկները՝ բժշկական կենտրոնները, պոլիկլինիկանները եւ ամբուլատորիաները:
Աշխատող եւ հարկ վճարող քաղաքացին 2023 թվականին աշխատել եւ պետական բյուջե է վճարել 2 տրիլիոն 222 միլիարդ դրամի հարկեր եւ տուրքեր, ինչը 2017 թվականի համեմատ ավել է 1 տրիլիոն 64 միլիարդ դրամով (շուրջ 2.6 միլիարդ դոլարով) կամ 92 տոկոսով:
