Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ փետրվարի 8-ի նիստին փոփոխություն կտարեց իր որոշումներց մեկում, որով, ըստ Միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Խաչատուր Խաչիկյանի, նախատեսվում է միջուկային անվտանգության կոմիտեի միջուկային անվտանգության վարչության և ճառագայթային անվտանգության վարչության և տեխնիկական բաժնի մասնագետներին քաղաքացիական ծառայության կազմից դարձնել քաղաքացիական աշխատանք կատարող մասնագետներ։
«Խնդիրը ծագել է այն բանից, որ տարիներ շարունակ անհնար էր լինում համալրել կոմիտեի թափուր հաստիքները. մասնավորապես ուզում եմ նշել, որ 2021-2023 թվականների ընթացքում իրականացրել ենք քաղաքացիական ծառայության 55 մրցույթ, որից 21-ն ընդհանրապես չի կայացել հայտատուների բացակայության կամ մասնակիցների անհամապատասխանության հետևանքով, իսկ 34-ի մրցույթների ընթացքում մասնակցել են 21 հոգի, որոնցից մրցույթի արդյունքում կոմիտեի հաստիքները համալրվել են 12 հոգով, սակայն այդ ժամանակահատվածում 9 հոգի նույնպես սեփական դիմումի համաձայն ազատվել է աշխատանքից, և այս պարագայում կոմիտեի համար խնդիր է առաջանում՝ սերնդափոխությունը»,- ասաց Խաչատուր Խաչիկյանը։
Իր հերթին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեի հետ կապված այս որոշումը կարևոր է, որովհետև մենք խնդիր ենք դրել նոր ատոմակայան ունենալու և նոր ատոմակայան կառուցելու։ Մենք վաղը-մյուս օրը գալու ենք, բախվենք իրավիճակի հետ, որ փողը կա, նախագիծը կա, ամեն ինչը կա, բայց մենք չենք կարողանում իրագործել դա, որովհետև չունենք մասնագետներ։
Մենք արդեն իսկ շատ ուշացել ենք այս ճանապարհին, բայց, ինչպես ասում են, լավ է ուշ, քան երբեք, և մենք հիմա պետք է այս որոշումը կայացնենք։ Ընդ որում՝ այս խորհրդակցության ընթացքում հանձնարարական եմ տվել. չգիտեմ, տիկին Անդրեասյան, այդ հանձնարարականը Ձեզ հասել է, թե՞ չէ:
Մասնավորապես, այս տարի և հետագա տարիներին նույնպես ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից կրթության պարագայում տարկետման իրավունքները և քվոտաները սահմանելիս մենք պետք է հատուկ նկատի ունենանք միջուկային էներգետիկայի ոլորտը, որը, ինչպես ասացի, մենք մեգանախագիծ ունենք իրականացնելու, և այդ մեգանախագծի մաս է նաև մասնագետների պատրաստումը։ Պետք է խոստովանենք, որ ՀՀ-ում չկա մի ոլորտ, որտեղ մենք մասնագետների պակասի պրոբլեմին չենք առնչվում»:
