ՀՀ ԳԱԱ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ-ը հայտնել է․
«Նոր Արեշ փողոցում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում նշանակվել և իրականացվում է համալիր փորձաքննություն
Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Արեշ փողոցում փետրվարի 5-ին տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով ԳԱԱ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ-ում նշանակված համալիր պայթյունատեխնոլոգիական, պայթյունատեխնիկական, հրդեհատեխնիկական, ճարտարագիտատեխնիկական, շինարարատեխնիկական և ապրանքագիտական հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննության շրջանակներում, քրեական վարույթի համար նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքների՝ այդ թվում պայթյունի օջախի, պայթյունի մեխանիզմի և առաջացման պատճառի պարզման նպատակով իրականացվում են բազմակողմանի հետազոտություններ:
Հաշվի առնելով դեպքի առանձնահատկությունները, փորձաքննությունների կատարմանը ներգրավվել են Բյուրոյի համապատասխան բնագավառների առաջատար փորձագետները, դեպքի վայրում կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ փորձագիտական ծավալուն հետազոտություններ՝ նաև նորարարական գերժամանակակից տեխնիկական միջոցների կիրառմամբ:
Մասնավորապես գործարկվել է դեպքի վայրի հետազոտման համար կիրառվող լազերային սկանավորման գերժամանակակից եզակի սարքավորումային համալիրը, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս բարձր ճշգրտությամբ արձանագրել դեպքի վայրի իրադրությունը, ստանալ պայթյունի հետևանքների ամբողջական պատկերները և անհրաժեշտ բոլոր ճշգրիտ չափային տվյալները նաև 3D ձևաչափով՝ ապահովելով փորձագիտական հավաստի արդյունքներ:
Նման բազմակողմանի հետազոտությունների մանրակրկիտ և լիարժեք իրականացումը կարևոր է ոչ միայն վարույթի համար նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքների պարզման նպատակով, այլ նաև կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների իրականացման առումով՝ նմանօրինակ դեպքերի առաջացման հնարավոր պատճառների լիարժեք բացահայտման և վերլուծության համատեքստում»:
