Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիան՝ ի նպաստ Իտալիայի և Հայաստանի միջև բիզնես համագործակցության

Հունվարի վերջին, փետրվարի սկզբին կայացավ Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի (ՀԳԱ) աշխատանքային այցը Միլան։ Այս գործարար այցի շրջանակներում փետրվարի 7-ին ստեղծվել է «Իտալիայի և Հայաստանի միջև համագործակցության և զարգացման կենտրոն» ասոցիացիան:

Այցը հնարավոր է դարձել «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի աջակցության շնորհիվ։ Ուղևորության նպատակն էր խթանել երկու երկրների միջև առևտրային հարաբերություններն ու ներկայացնել Հայաստանի ներդրումային ու արտադրական հնարավորությունները։ Քրտնաջան աշխատանքի արդյունքում հնարավոր եղավ հայկական շուկայի հետ աշխատանքում հետաքրքրված իտալական ընկերությունների մի լայն խումբ ձևավորել: Ասոցիացիայի նպատակն է աջակցել և ամրապնդել կազմակերպությունների հետ մշտական գործարար կապերը և օպերատիվ փոխգործակցությանը, և երկու երկրների գործարար համայնքների միջև համագործակցության նոր ոլորտների որոնմանը:

Այցի շրջանակում՝ Միլանում տեղի ունեցավ «Իտալիայի և Հայաստանի միջև համագործակցության և զարգացման կենտրոն» (CENTER FOR COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN ITALY AND ARMENIA) ասոցիացիայի հիմնադրման արարողությունը: Ասոցիացիան հիմնադրվել է Իտալիայի Հանրապետության օրենսդրության պահանջներին համապատասխան՝ նպատակ ունենալով հետագայում վերակազմավովրել որպես «Իտալա-հայկական առևտրի պալատ» և դրա ներկայացուցչությունը գրանցել Հայաստանում։

Ասոցիացիայի հիմնադիրներն են «General Invest»-ի դիտորդական խորհրդի անդամ՝ պարոն Ֆերդինանդո Պելացոն (Ferdinando Pelazzo, Իտալիա) և «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի առաջին փոխնախագահ՝ պարոն Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, ինչպես նաև այլ ինստիտուցիոնալ միավորներ և մասնավոր անձինք: Առևտրային պալատի կարգավիճակ ստանալուց հետո ձեռնարկությունների պաշտոնական ռեգիստրը հասանելի կլինի կազմակերպության համար:
