Փաշինյանի կողմից տարածվող օրակարգը խիստ վտանգավոր է

«Քաղաքացիական պետությունն ընդդեմ ազգային պետության» օրակարգը, որը վերջերս տարածվում է վարչապետ Փաշինյանի և մի խումբ համախոհների կողմից, խիստ վտանգավոր օրակարգ է, որովհետև՝
1. Արհեստականորեն հակադրության մեջ է դնում ազգային շահն ու պետական շահը, այնինչ իրականում դրանք փոխլրացնող են, իսկ պետությունն ազգի առանցքն ու միջնաբերդն է.
2. Խուսափում է պետության ազգային պատասխանատվությունից թե՛ Սփյուռքում գտնվող ազգի շուրջ 75%-ի և թե՛ պետության ֆորմալ սահմաններից դուրս գտնվող հայրենիքի (Արցախի) հանդեպ.
3. Հրաժարվում է պետության ու հայրենիքի հանդեպ ազգի շուրջ 75%-ի պատասխանատվությունից, ռեսուրսներից ու իրավունքներից.
4. Ոչնչացնում է ազգային ինքնության հիմքում եղած գաղափարախոսական սկզբունքներն ու խորհրդանիշները.
5. Կտրուկ թուլացնում է ազգի և նույնիսկ ժողովրդի դիմադրողականության մակարդակը և համախմբման հնարավորությունները.
6. Եվ, այդքանով հանդերձ, չի ապահովում որևէ դրական արդյունք, այդ թվում՝ նույնիսկ առերևույթ կերպով չի երաշխավորում ՀՀ ինքնիշխանության ու տարածքային ամբողջականության անձեռնմխելիությունը թուրք-ադրբեջանական ֆաշիստական ոտնձգություններից, որի կեղծ հեռանկարը քաղաքացիական պետության հայեցակարգի հիմնական փաստարկն է:
Այսինքն՝ պետությունից դուրս ազգի 75%-ն ունեցող, համակարգային ու գաղափարախոսական թշնամանք տածող երկու հարևանի դիմակայող և բազմաթիվ այլ սպառնալիքների ու մարտահրավերների առերեսվող պետությունը չի կարող հրաժարվել ազգային պետության հայեցակարգից, այլապես՝ ազգից կվերածվի ոչ թե ժողովրդի, այլ՝ քոչվորական ցեղախմբի: Ի դեպ, այս եզրահանգումս ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ առ այսօր մեր ազգային պետությունը բավարար չափով արդյունավետ էր, սակայն դրա պատճառները ոչ թե ազգային պետության մոտեցման մեջ են եղել, այլ՝ որակյալ ռազմավարությունների բացակայության և հատկապես գործնական ու արդյունավետ կառավարման դաշտում: Ուստի, պետք է ոչ թե հրաժարվել ազգային պետությունից, այլ՝ իրապես կառուցել այդպիսին՝ կուռ գաղափարախոսությամբ, արդյունավետ կառավարմամբ, պետություն-Սփյուռք հարաբերությունների արդյունավետ մոդելով, ազգային էլիտայով, բարձր կարգապահությամբ, հետևողականությամբ և մի շարք այլ որակներով:
