Հայաստանի գիտնականների ատենախոսությունները մատչելի են դառնում հասարակության համար

Հայաստանի ազգային գրադարանը Բարձրագույն որակավորման հանձնաժողովի հետ սկսել է Հայաստանի ատենախոսությունների համահավաք շտեմարանի ձևավորումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Ազգային գրադարանի սպասարկման բաժնի վարիչ Անահիտ Քեհեյանը:
«Հայաստանի ատենախոսությունների բաց մատչելիության պահոցում տեղադրվել են 498 սեղմագրի նկարագրություն և 14 ատենախոսություն: Ծրագիրը նոր է, այն ակտիվորեն շարունակվում է: Նպատակն այն է, որ մեր ընթերցողները տպագիր արտադրանքից բացի կարողանան օգտվել թվայնացված տարբերակից: Ատենախոսություններից, սեղմագրերի նյութերից օգտվողների համար գործընթացն առավել մատչելի ենք դարձնում»,-ասաց Անահիտ Քեհեյանը:
Բարձրագույն որակավորման հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Լիլիթ Արզումանյանը «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ ծրագիրն իրենց առաջարկել է Հայաստանի ազգային գրադարանը: «Ատենախոսությունները հաստատվելուց հետո, ըստ մեր կանոնակարգի, ուղարկում ենք Ազգային գրադարան: Նախորդ տարվանից մենք սկսել ենք համատեղ աշխատանք 1993 թվականից առ այսօր եղած ատենախոսությունները թվայնացնելու համար»,-ասաց Լիլիթ Արզումանյանը: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ, պատրաստվել է մի հարցաթերթիկ, որը ներկայացվում է ատենախոսությունները պաշտպանած գիտնականներին: Նրանց առաջարկվում է տալ համաձայնություն իրենց ատենախոսությունը Հայաստանի ատենախոսությունների բաց մատչելիության պահոցում տեղադրելու համար:
«Ոմանք համաձայնում են, ոմանք՝ հրաժարվում: Մենք առայժմ չգիտենք պատճառները, բայց փորձելու ենք ուսումնասիրել: Հեղինակային իրավունքի խնդիր այստեղ չկա, դա գիտական աշխատանք է, որը դրվում է Հանրային գրադարանում պաշտպանելուց հետո: Այդ աշխատանքները փակ չեն: Եվ այն գիտնականները, ովքեր հենց իրենք են արել այդ աշխատանքը, ասելիք ունեն, կարծում եմ` շատ կցանկանան, որ իրենց աշխատանքը բաց դրվի, հասարակությունն էլ կարողանա ծանոթանալ: Կարծում եմ, դա միայն կօգնի գիտությանը: Ճիշտ է, այստեղ մտավախություն կա, որ հնարավոր է մասամբ արտագրությունների ճանապարհը բացվի, բայց մենք շատ ուշադիր ենք և ստուգում ենք: Հայաստանի ատենախոսությունների բաց մատչելիության պահոցը նպաստում է, որ գիտական աշխատողի աշխատանքն առավել հանրայնացվի»,-ասաց Լիլիթ Արզումանյանը:
