Արթիկում 2 անձի նկատմամբ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ․ ՔԿ

2024 թվականի փետրվարի 9-ին ստացվել է Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքի բնակչից հաղորդում և կից փաստաթղթեր են ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 09:45-ի սահմաններում, իրենց շենքի մուտքի մոտ, չորս դիմակավորված և սև անձրևանոցներով հանդերձավորված անձինք, ներկայանալով որպես ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցներ, իրեն և իր 32-ամյա որդուն քաշքշելով նստեցրել են իրենց կողմից շահագործվող «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, այնուհետև որդու «Մերսեդես-Բենց Ս500» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահից վերցրել են իրենց խանութի վաճառքի համար նախատեսված 40.000.000 /քառասուն միլիոն/ ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ ոսկյա զարդերը և ավտոմեքենայով իրենց տարել են Արթիկի քաղաքային մարզադաշտի մոտ։ Այդ ընթացքում, ըստ ստացված հաղորդման, նշած անձինք դաժան ծեծի են ենթարկել իրեն և որդուն, ատրճանակից անկանոն կրակոցներ են արձակել, բռնակով հարվածներ հասցրել իր և որդու գլխին, պատճառել մարմնական վնասվածքներ ու հեռացել են նշված տրանսպորտային միջոցով:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 9-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 252-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (պատմական, գեղարվեստական կամ մշակութային առանձնակի արժեք ունեցող առարկա հափշտակելով ավազակություն կատարելու) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (hրազենի, դրա հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մասերի, ռազմամթերքի և այլ նյութերի, սարքերի, առարկաների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, իրականացվում է նախաքննություն:
Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձևավորվել է քննչական խումբ, հայրը և որդին ճանաչվել են տուժող և հարցաքննվել։
Կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի զննություններ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնին տրվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու մասին հանձնարարություն:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ և անհետաձգելի ծավալուն գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունն առերևույթ կատարած անձանց վերաբերյալ տվյալներ ձեռք բերելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու, դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները համակողմանի պարզելու նպատակով։
Ծանուցում.Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
