«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրվա իշխանությունների տարբեր նախաձեռնություններ պարբերաբար գնահատվում են որպես ապազգային, Հայաստանի ու հայ ժողովրդի հետ կապ չունեցող: Խոսքը ոչ միայն Արցախի ուրացման, այլև Սահմանադրությունից Անկախության հռչակագրին հիշատակումը հեռացնելու մասին է, որտեղ հղում կա Արցախի հարցին ու Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացին, ինչպես նաև «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկան «Հայաստանի պատմություն» անվանափոխելու նախաձեռնությանը, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ արշավին և այլն: Այս ամենը, բնականաբար, առաջ է բերում ազգային մտածողություն ունեցող քաղաքացիների ու կառույցների ոչ միայն մտահոգությունը, այլև զայրույթը: Բնական է, որ ազգայինի դիրքերում կանգնած տարբեր քաղաքական, հասարակական միավորներ ջանքեր են ներդնում հակազգային նախաձեռնությունների դեմն առնելու համար:
Ի մասնավորի, հենց նման անհատների ու կազմակերպությունների ակտիվության շնորհիվ իշխանությունների նախաձեռնած փոփոխության նախագիծը՝ կապված «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկայի անվանափոխության հետ, Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում փաստացի տապալվեց՝ ստանալով ավելի շատ «դեմ» ձայներ, ինչքան էլ իշխանությունները տոտալ «ֆեյքային» քվեարկություն էին կազմակերպել՝ «կողմ» քվեներ ապահովելու նպատակով: Ավելի քան 12 հազար դեմ ձայն, մոտ 500 մեկնաբանություն՝ բոլորն էլ՝ դեմ, մեծ մասը՝ մանրամասն փաստարկված. չնայած այս ամենին, կան տեղեկություններ, որ իշխանությունները, իրենց գործելաոճին համապատասխան, դեմ կգնան հանրային կարծիքին ու ամեն ինչ կանեն՝ հակազգային հերթական նախագիծն ընդունելու համար:
Ի դեպ, նշյալ նախագծի քվեարկության ընթացքում, ի թիվս այլ անձանց ու կազմակերպությունների, շատ ակտիվ էր «Հայաքվե» շարժումը՝ մոբիլիզացնելով իր աջակիցներին և համախոհներին: Նշենք , որ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունն օրերս հայտարարեց նոր շարժում ձևավորելու մասին։ Նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարում են, թե օրինական միջոցներով պայքարելու են, որպեսզի տապալվի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը։ Նախօրեին կայացած ասուլիսում նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշեց, որ «սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների կեղծ քողի տակ փորձ է արվում վերացնել հայկական անկախ պետականությունը՝ այն վերածելով Թուրքիայից և Ադրբեջանից բացահայտ կախման մեջ գտնվող կիսապետական ինչ-որ մի կազմավորման»: Նա նշեց, որ «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամները վճռական հանձնառություն են ստանձնում պայքարելու գործող վարչախմբի կողմից սկսված հակազգային և հակապետական գործընթացի դեմ և խոչընդոտելու դրա իրականացմանը։
