Ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունները ամրության ստուգում են անցնում, անցած տարին բարդ էր:
Sputnik ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։
Ողբերգական իրադարձությունները՝ հայ բնակչության արտագաղթը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից, չէր կարող չազդել նաև երկկողմ հարաբերությունների վիճակի վրա։
«Գաղտնիք չէ, որ տեղի ունեցածի համար պատասխանատվության զգալի մասը նախընտրում են բարդել նաև Ռուսաստանի վրա։ Դա անդրադարձել է մեր քաղաքական երկխոսության վրա»,- նշել է Կոպիրկինը։
Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ հայտնի է, որ հայկական ղեկավարությունը հիմա հարցականի տակ է դրել անվտանգության ապահովման այն բանաձևը, որը գործում էր մինչ օրս, և այդ ոլորտում դիվերսիֆիկացման ուղղություն է վերցրել։
«Այս ամենը չէր կարող չանդրադառնալ մեր հարաբերությունների մթնոլորտի վրա։ Ուղղակի պետք է ասեմ, որ հիմա այդ հարաբերությունները յուրատեսակ ամրության փորձություններ են անցնում»,-նշել է դեսպանը։
Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների հարցում իր մոտեցումը չի փոխել։ ՌԴ ղեկավարությունը, նրա խոսքով, բազմիցս ասել է, որ Մոսկվան շարունակում է Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունները որպես դաշնակցային դիտարկել:
Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների իրավապայմանագրային հիմքում շուրջ 200 փաստաթուղթ կա, այդ թվում՝ անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերին վերաբերող: Եվ ռուսական կողմն անում է առավելագույնը, որպեսզի տարբեր ոլորտներում հարաբերությունների ինտենսիվությունը չնվազի։
Կոպիրկինը կարծում է, որ չնայած առկա խնդիրներին` երկկողմ հարաբերությունները շարունակում են ամուր մնալ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, նրա խոսքով, կա մի գործոն, որը չի կարող չանհանգստացնել. վերջին շրջանում տարածաշրջան է բերվել մի բան, որը կարելի է անվանել աշխարհաքաղաքական առճակատում:
«Արևմտյան երկրները, որոնք փորձում են օգտագործել տարածաշրջանում առկա խնդիրները, խաղադրույք են կատարում այն բանի վրա, որ այստեղ թուլացնեն Ռուսաստանի դերը, գուցե նույնիսկ նրան դուրս մղելու նպատակով, և, իհարկե, ճեղքեր ստեղծեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ մեր երկկողմ հարաբերություններում։
Այդ նպատակը չեն թաքցնում։ Ամերիկյան պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչները Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններն ուղղակիորեն դնում են Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի դեմ պայքարի համատեքստում։ Այս ամենը լուրջ մտահոգություն և անհանգստություն է առաջացնում»,-ասել է Կոպիրկինը։
Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ երկու երկրների և ժողովուրդների հարաբերությունների հիմքն ու օբյեկտիվ շահերը բավականաչափ ամուր են ներկայիս փորձությունները հաղթահարելու համար:
