SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով երեկ՝ փետրվարի 9-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի և ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Գոռ Մանուկյանի, քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ Կարեն Մայիլյանի գլխավորությամբ համագործակցելով Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային  քննչական վարչության քննիչների հետ հերթական անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները հավաստի էին։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 82-ամյա Լյուդվիգ Խ․-ն իր տանը ապօրինի պահում և օգտագործում է տարբեր տիպի ու տեսակի զենք, զինամթերք։
