Երբ ասում են, որ Տավուշի գյուղատեղիների խնդիրը զուտ տեղային սահմանազատման հարց է՝ մոլորություն է. Ոսկանյան
POLITICSԻրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը գրում է․
«Երբ մենք հստակորեն արձանագրում ենք, որ Հայաստանի և Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի միջև իրականում երբևէ չի եղել, չկա և չի լինելու առանձին վերցրած Արցախի, Նախիջևանի, ինչ-որ սահմանազատման կամ մեկ այլ «տեղային» խնդիր, և պայքարը ավելի լայն խորապատկեր ունի, սա ոչ միայն նախապայման է պատրանքներից ազատ Հայաստանի տեսլականի ձևակերպման համար, այլ նաև այդ տեսլականի իրագործման ճանապարհին հնարավորություն ձեռք բերելու դաշնակիցներ։ Փորձեմ բերել շատ պարզ երկու օրինակ։
Երբ մենք տրվում ենք այն մոլորությանը, որ Հայաստանի Տավուշի մարզի գյուղատեղիների խնդիրը Հայաստանի և արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի միջև զուտ ինչ-որ տեղային սահմանազատման հարց է, ապա այն դադարում է հետաքրքիր լինել, դիցուք, Վրաստանին։ Մինչդեռ, եթե խնդիրը ձևակերպվի որպես Տավուշի մարզով Հայաստանը և Վրաստանը միմյանց կապող և Վրաստանին դեպի Իրան ու Պարսից ծոց դուրս բերող ռազմավարական նշանակության ճանապարհի հանդեպ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի նկրտում, ապա այս հարցով համագործակցության տիրույթ կարող է բացվել Վրաստանի հետ։
Գրեթե նույն կերպ խնդիրը պետք է ձևակերպվի, ասենք, Տիգրանաշենի պարագայում։ Այն Հայաստանի անքակտելի մաս ինչ-որ առանձին վերցրած գյուղ չէ միայն, որի նկատմամբ ծավալապաշտական նկրտում ունի արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս վարչախումբը։ Տիգրանաշենը Հայաստանը Իրանին կապող ռազմավարական նշանակության ճանապարհի հանգույց է՝ ճանապարհ, որն Իրանի համար ապահովում է ելք դեպի Սև ծով, և որը կարող է դառնալ կարևոր օղակ նաև հնդկական Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային միջանցքի համատեքստում։
Հետեաբար նշված խնդիրները լայն կտրվածքով ոչ թե Հայաստանի և արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի միջև ինչ-որ աննշան գյուղերի համար տեղային պայքար է, այլ խոշոր հաշվով առնվազն տարածաշրջանային կարևոր հիմնահարց է, որտեղ բախվում են մի կողմից Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Իրանի և Հնդկաստանի, իսկ մյուսից՝ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի շահերը»։
