Ղարաբաղի հարցը փակված է։ Այս թեման փակվել էր սեպտեմբերին ուժային գործողությամբ։ Այդ մասին «Իզվեստիա»-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ դեսպան Միխայիլ Եվդակիմովը:
«Այո, Ղարաբաղի հարցը փակված է։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում Ռուսաստանը ջանքեր է գործադրել Ղարաբաղի խնդիրը խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու համար ։ Ցավոք, չստացվեց. այդ թեման փակվեց սեպտեմբերին ուժային գործողությամբ։ Ռուսաստանը միշտ շատ կարևոր դեր է խաղում կարգավորման գործում։ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է առավելագույն աջակցություն ցուցաբերել երկու կողմերի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցություններում»,- նշել է նա։
Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ այժմ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը ուղղակիորեն փոխանակվում են խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծերով: «Այն, ինչ առաջարկում է ադրբեջանական կողմը, Իմ կարծիքով, միանգամայն արդարացված, ստանդարտ ձեւակերպումներ եւ հոդվածներ են, որոնք, որպես կանոն, գոյություն ունեն կողմերի միջեւ խաղաղության պայմանագրերում: Եվ, սկզբունքորեն, այն առաջարկների հիման վրա, որոնք անում է Բաքուն, ինձ թվում է, որ կարելի է բավական արագ ավարտել այդ բանակցությունները։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք տրամադրել մոսկովյան հարթակը, Մենք պատրաստ ենք անհրաժեշտության դեպքում տրամադրել մեր փորձաքննությունը, տեքստի վերաբերյալ մեր խորհուրդները։ Այստեղ մենք ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների հետ շատ լավ փոխգործակցություն ունենք»,- շեշտել է դիվանագետը։
Ռուսաստանի դեսպանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը տրամադրված է շատ արագ ավարտին հասցնել խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման շուրջ բանակցությունները. «բայց, ինչպես հայտնի է, բանակցություններն ավարտելու համար նման ցանկություն պետք է ունենան երկու կողմերը»:
