Կոտայքում կանանց են առևանգել․ ի՞նչ է հայտնի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթների շրջանակներում Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության և ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչների կողմից իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են մարմնավաճառների նկատմամբ ավազակություն կատարելու, վերջիններիս առևանգելու դեպքերը, պարզվել քննության համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր բարեկամներ են՝ Կոտայքի մարզի 34 և 25-ամյա բնակիչներ:
Փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2024թ․ հունվարի 30-ին` ժամը 00:20-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Բագրատունյաց փողոցում Կոտայքի մարզի հիշյալ բնակիչները պայմանավորվել են մարմնավաճառությամբ զբաղվող կնոջ հետ՝ հյուրանոցներից մեկում գումարի դիմաց սեռական բնույթի ծառայություն մատուցելու շուրջ: Սակայն ավտոմեքենա նստելուց հետո նշված անձինք ավտոմեքենան վարել են ոչ թե դեպի հյուրանոց, այլ՝ դեպի Ջրվեժ գյուղի դաշտամիջյան հատված։ Այդ ընթացքում 25-ամյա երիտասարդը տեղափոխվել է ավտոմեքենայի հետնամաս, որից հետո ավտոմեքենայի դռները փակել են՝ կնոջը թույլ չտալով ավտոմեքենայից դուրս գալ։ Այնուհետև երիտասարդը կնոջ նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ է կատարել, իսկ 34-ամյա տղամարդը, ատրճանակի նմանվող առարկայի գործադրման սպառնալիքով, կնոջն ստիպել է իր մոտ եղած գումարը՝ 48 000 ՀՀ դրամ, տալ իրենց, որից հետո, վերջինիս թողնելով դաշտամիջյան հատվածում, հեռացել են:
Դեպքից ժամեր անց՝ 05:30-ին, հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, 34-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել և վերջինիս կողմից շահագործվող «Հունդայի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենով հանդերձ տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության Կոտայքի բաժին:
