100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամներ իրացրած անձինք ձերբակալվել են

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տեղեկություններ էին ստացել, որ փետրվարի 7-ի ժամը 19.00-ի սահմաններում, կեղծ արտարժույթ իրացնելու նպատակով, «Օպել» մեքենայով Արփի բնակավայրի «Աղավնաձորի շուկա» կոչվող տարածքի տաղավարներ են այցելել Երևանի բնակիչ երկու տղամարդ և մի կին: Նրանք մի տաղավարից 80 000 դրամի գնումներ են արել՝ վաճառողին տալով երկու 100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամ: Բաժին հրավիրված աղավնաձորցի վաճառողը ներկայացրել է ակնհայտ կեղծ թղթադրամները:
Կեղծ արտարժույթ իրացնելու հաջորդ տեղեկությունը ստացվել է ոստիկանության Ջերմուկի բաժնում: Երևանցի վերոհիշյալ անձինք փետրվարի 7-ին Ջերմուկ քաղաքի ըմպելասրահի տարածքում խոտաբույսերի առքուվաճառքով զբաղվող մի կնոջից 16 000 դրամի գնումներ են արել, վճարումը կատարել են 100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամով և ստանալով 24 000 դրամ մանրադրամը՝ հեռացել են: Այս քաղաքացին նույնպես հրավիրվել է բաժին և ներկայացրել 100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով ակնհայտ կեղծ թղթադրամը:
Փետրվարի 11-ին, ժամը 14.30-ի սահմաններում, Վայոց ձորի մարզի պարեկները, իրացնելով ստացված տեղեկությունը, Երևան-Մեղրի ճանապարհի 123,5-րդ կմ-ին կանգնեցրել են վերոհիշյալ «Օպելը» և կեղծ թղթադրամներ իրացնելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալել ու ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին են տեղափոխել Երևանի բնակիչներ 53-ամյա վարորդին և 25 և 37 տարեկան երկու ուղևորին:
Մեքենան տեղափոխվել է բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
Անձնական խուզարկությամբ վարորդի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է մեկ 100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով ակնհայտ կեղծ թղթադրամ, իսկ 37-ամյա ուղևորը հայտնել է, որ մեքենայում գտնվող պայուսակում կա 100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով 10 կեղծ թղթադրամ:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ երևանցի եռյակը 100 դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամներ էր իրացրել նաև Արփի բնակավայրի Արենիի շուկա կոչվող տարածքում: Ձերբակալվածներն ու կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
