Ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում, Վ. Պերմյակովի նկատմամբ արտագնա դատական նիստի վերջին նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն են իրականացվում:

 Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝  այս անգամ, ի տարբերություն առաջին դատական նիստի, որոշ փոփոխություններ իրականացվել են ինչպես դատարանի դահլիճում, այնպես էլ ռազմաբազայում:

Ինչպես նախապես խոստացել էր Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի  նախագահ Գագիկ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում մեքենաների մուտքն առաջին անցակետից մինչև գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ թույլատրվել է: Ռուս զինծառայողներ գրեթե չեն երևում, անցակետերում շփումը միայն հայ ոստիկանների և Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի կարգադրիչների հետ է: Դատարանի դահլիճում տեղադրվել է նոր ձայնային համակարգ, ավելացվել են նստարանները, տեղադրվել նոր սեղան, աթոռներ փաստաբանների և Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների համար: Այս անգամ ևս  դահլիճից դուրս տեղադրված են հարմարեցված վրաններ լրագրողների և քաղաքացիների համար:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանցմահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջէր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող< /i> գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել:

 Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանություն): Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Գործով դատական նիստը 2015 դեկտեմբերի 18-ին հետաձգվեց մինչև 2016 հունվարի 18-ը: Միջնորդությունը ներկայացրել էր հանրային պաշտպաններից մեկը` Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը: Դատարանը բավարարեց նրա միջնորդությունը և նրան մեկ ամիս ժամանակ տվեց նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար: Պերմյակովը դատական առաջին նիստի ժամանակ ուներ հանրային երկու պաշտպան: Մյուս պաշտպանը` Արմեն Պողոսյանը, դեկտեմբերի 30-ից հետ ո այլևս չի ներկայացնի Պերմյակովի շահերը:
