Զոհերը գյուղի տղերքն են

Սյունիքի հարավում՝ Կապան համայնքի մաս կազմող Ներքին Հանդ գյուղի հատվածում, Ադրբեջանի զինուժի առաջխաղացումների մասին հայտնի է 2022-ի մարտից։ Բազմիցս է անդրադարձ կլատարվել գյուղի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական ներխուժման մասին։ Կան արբանյակային լուսանկարներ, որ նույն տարվա մայիսի վերջի դրությամբ Արդրբեջանի զինուժն երեք ուղղությամբ ներխուժել և ամրացել է Ներքին Հանդի շրջակա՝ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում։ Ներքին Հանդի գյուղապետը շատ է խոսել Ներքին Հանդում թշնամու առաջխաղացման, վրանների տեղադրման խրամատներ փորելու մասին, բայց իշխանությունը քողարկում էր իրական պատկերը։ Այնուամենայնիվ ամբողջացնելով Ներքին Հանդի վերաբերյալ ողջ տեղեկատվությունը, կարելի է ասել, որ գյուղի գերեզմանատները, խմելու ջուրը, արոտավայրերը վտանգի տակ են։ Այդ մասին շատ է բարձրաձայնվել։
Ներքին Հանդը հերոսական գյուղ է։ Փոքրիկ այս գյուղի բնակիչներն ունեն զարմանալի բնավորություն՝ նրանք ազատասեր են, անկախ, անհնազանդ, հերոսական: Այս գյուղի պատմության ամենահերոսական էջերը գրանցվել են 1906 և 1918-1920 թվականներին: Հին գյուղը գտնվում էր Բասուտա գետի աջ ափին, լեռնալանջին: Նոր գյուղը դարձավ պատվար և իսկական ռազմակայան 1988-1994 թվականներին ղարաբաղյան իրադարձությունների ժամանակ։ Այնպես որ զարմանալի չէ, որ գյուղը պաշտպանում են գյուղի տղաները կամ ինչպես ասում են՝ երկրապահները։ Զոհերը և վիրավորները հենց գյուղի տղերքը կլինեն, արդեն նման լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որովհետև այդ հատվածում հետքաշման հրաման տվողը չէր կարող անվտանգության լուրջ բազա ստեղծել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ներքին Հանդի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժի կրակի հետևանքով հայկական կողմը, նախնական տվյալներով, ունի զոհեր և վիրավորներ։
