Անցած շաբաթ տեղի ունեցավ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը: Past.am-ն արտախորհրդարանական ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչներին հարց ուղղեց՝ ի՞նչ նոր որակներ կարող է բերել այդ կուսակցությունը և կկարողանա՞ լրացնել փոշիացած ընդդիմության թափուր տեղը:
«Հայազն» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Արմեն Մկրտչյանն ասաց.
«Անկեղծ ասած՝«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» երևույթը, որպես նոր որակ, ողջունելի կլիներ, բայց իրենց համագումարում մի տեսակ շատ քննադատություններ հնչեցվեցին այլ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հանդեպ: Ասվեց, որ Հայաստանում ընդդիմադիր ուժ գոյություն չունի, և իրենք գալիս են ամայացած դաշտում ուժ ստեղծելու:Այդ ձևով քաղաքական դաշտ մտնելը մի քիչ անընդունելի է: Ինձ թվում է, գաղափարական առումով էլ իրենք նոր բան չբերեցին, որովհետև խոսել միայն մեխանիզմներից, խոսել միայն ինստիտուցիոնալ ընդդիմությունից, բայց չխոսել՝ ինչ գաղափարական նորամուծություն ես բերում քաղաքական դաշտ, անհասկանալի է: Բայց ես իրենց բարի երթ եմ մաղթում, և ինչպես իրենք նշեցին՝ 17-18 ընտրություններին ժողովուրդը գնահատականը կտա: Ես կուզեմ,որ իրենք լինեն գաղափարական ուժ և հստակ դա ցույց տան»:
«Ժողովրդավարական հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Պետրոս Մակեյանն էլ նշեց.
«Ես կուսակցության անդամներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Սասուն Միքայելյանի հետ ճանապարհ եմ անցել և հաջողություն եմ մաղթում: Իսկ ընդդիմության դաշտը ոչ թե դատարկ է, այլ իշխանության ծրագրավորված քաղաքականության արդյունքում ստեղծվել է մի միջավայր, որ դաշտում դատարկություն լինի և նրանք կարողանան դաշտը լցնել իրենց սպասարկող ուժերով՝ ԲՀԿ-ով, ՕԵԿ-ով,Դաշնակցությունով: Այն ուժերը, որոնք չեն գնացել վարչախմբին սպասարկելու ճանապարհով, ինչ-որ պահի համախմբվելու են:
