ԵՄ-ն ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածներին աջակցելու նպատակով հավելյալ 5․5 մլն եվրո մարդասիրական օգնություն կհատկացնի

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածներին աջակցելու նպատակով հավելյալ 5․5 մլն եվրո մարդասիրական օգնություն կհատկացնի: Այս մասին հայտնում են Հայաստանում ԵՄ գրասենյակից:
«Մարդկանցից շատերն, ովքեր Հայաստան են տեղահանվել նախորդ տարի տեղի ունեցած լայնածավալ արտագաղթի ընթացքում, իրենց հետ վերցրել են որոշ իրեր, իսկ երբեմն ոչինչ՝ այսպիսով ապավինելով արտակարգ օգնության հասանելիությանը»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:։
Տրամադրվող ֆինանսավորման 1.5 մլն եվրոն նպատակաուղղված է բարձրացնելու աղետների հանդեպ պատրաստվածությունը՝ հնարավոր ճգնաժամերին խոցելի համայնքների դիմակայունության բարձրացման նպատակով։ Մարդասիրական ֆինանսավորման մյուս 4 մլն եվրոն հիմնականում ուղղվելու է Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված հայերին վաուչերներ և կանոնավոր դրամական փոխանցումներ հատկացնելուն, որը կօգնի նրանց հոգալ իրենց հիմնական կարիքները:
Մարդասիրական գործընկերների միջոցով Եվրոպական միությունը նպատակ ունի աջակցելու կարիքի մեջ մարդկանց համար սննդի, ապաստարանի, առողջապահական խնամքի և հոգեկան առողջության խնամքի ծառայությունների հասանելիությունը և պաշտպանությունը։
Ընդգծելով Եվրոպական միության մարդասիրական աջակցությունը ԼՂ հայերին՝ ճգնաժամային կառավարման հարցերով ԵՄ հանձնակատար Յանեզ Լենարչիչը նշել է.
«Այս ձմեռն առաջինն է նախորդ տարվա աշնանը դեպի Հայաստան փախուստի դիմած հազարավոր Ղարաբաղի հայերի համար։ Այս դժվար ժամանակներում առավել կարիքավոր մարդկանց պաշտպանություն և օգնություն ցուցաբերելը մեր մարդասիրական պարտքն է: Այս նոր 5․5 մլն․ եվրո ֆինանսավորման միջոցով մենք նպատակ ունենք էլ ավելի ամրապնդել ԵՄ ընթացիկ մարդասիրական արձագանքը Հայաստանում գտնվող տեղահանվածներին՝ ապահովելով հիմնական ծառայություններից օգտվելու հնարավորություններ»։
Այս ֆինանսավորումը հավելյալ աջակցություն է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի կողմից 2023 թվականին ԼՂ հայերի լայնածավալ արտագաղթին արձագանքելու նպատակով հայտարարված 12․2 մլն եվրո աջակցությանը։
