Ադրբեջանը երեկ մոտ 4 ժամ խախտել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին Հանդի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով հայկական կողմը 4 զոհ և մեկ վիրավոր ունի։ Բոլոր զոհերը երկրապահ կամավորականների միության անդամներ են։

Տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից նման հարձակման դեպքում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պատասխանեին հակառակորդին շատ ավելի խիստ և անհամարժեք կերպով, փոխարենը գործող վարչախումբն անմիջապես սրացումների մեղքը սկսեց բարդել հենց նույն զոհվածների վրա։ Նախ տողատակերով, ապա և ուղիղ հայտարարելով, թե նախօրեին այդ դիրքից են հայկական կողմից խախտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը, ինչի հետևանքով մեկ ադրբեջանցի է վիրավորվել։

Փաստացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա վարչախումբը լծվել էին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան արդարացնելու գործին, իսկ Ադրբեջանը միջազգային հանրության մոտ լեգիտիմ պատճառներ է ստեղծում Հայաստանի դեմ նոր ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսելու, և բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ այդ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումը տեղի է ունեցավ հենց Սյունիքի մարզում, այլ ոչ սահմանագծի այլ հատվածում, ավելին դեպքի արձագանքը հասավ ընդհուպ Բրյուսել, որտեղ Եվրամիության դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ժոզեֆ Բորելը հայկական կողմին մեղադրեց հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու մեջ, Ադրբեջանի քայլերի մասով էլ արձանագրեց, որ Բաքվի պատասխանը համարժեք չէր։

Այս մի դրվագը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները դավադրության մեջ են մտել Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։
