Ադրբեջանի՝ մշակութային ցեղասպանության ծրագրի հերթական զոհը․ վերացրել են Հակոբ Հակոբյանի կիսանդրին

Փետրվարի 13-ին ադրբեջանական սոցցանցային հարթակներում հրապակած ևս մեկ տեսանյութ օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտից։ Տեսանյութի ուումնասիրությունից ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ Ադրբեջանի պետական մակարդակով իրականացվող մշակութային ցեղասպանության հերթական զոհը դարձավ գրող Հակոբ Հակոբյանի կիսանդրին։
Հակոբ Մնացականի Հակոբյանը ծնվել է Գանձակում, 1866 թ., արհեստավորի ընտանիքում։Վախճանվել է Թիֆլիսում, 1937 թ. հողարկավորված է Խոջիվանքի գերեզմանատանը:
Համաձայն «Զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ հոդվածի՝ արգելված է մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ վանդալիզմի, գողության, կողոպուտի, յուրացման, թշնամանքի և հաշվեհարդարի ցանկացած գործողություն։
2024 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին Ֆրանսիայի սենատը 336 կողմ և 1 դեմ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ ընդունել է բանաձև, որտեղ ի թիվս այլ հրատապ խնդիրների, դատապարտել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը։
Ի մասնավորի, բանաձևը «Կոչ է անում հարգել մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջազգային պարտավորություններին համապատասխան և խստորեն դատապարտում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական հուշարձանների, մասունքների, հավաքածուների և մշակութային արժեքների նկատմամբ ոտնձգությունները։
Ընդգծում է զինված հակամարտության դեպքում մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության միջկառավարական կոմիտեի օրակարգում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժառանգության պաշտպանության հարցը ներառելու հրատապ անհրաժեշտությունը և կոչ է անում Ադրբեջանին հեռացնել այդ կոմիտեից։
Վանդալիզմի հերթական ապացույցը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց է տալիս Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան դիմագիծը։
