ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն շարունակում է հետամուտ լինել ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձանց կողմից իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները անբարեխիղճ կերպով կատարելու յուրաքանչյուր դրսևորում համապատասխան գնահատականի արժանացնելուն։

ՔԿ նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը ՀՀ ՔԿ կարգապահական հանձնաժողովին միջնորդել է կոմիտեի միևնույն մարզային ստորաբաժանումում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող երկու անձի նկատմամբ կիրառել օրենքով սահմանված ամենախիստ կարգապահական տույժի տեսակը՝ պաշտոնից ազատումը։

Հարուցված կարգապահական վարույթներով հաստատվել է, որ նրանք տևականորեն պատշաճ ջանասիրություն չեն դրսևորել իրենց վերապահված բազմաթիվ քրեական վարույթներով։

Մասնավորապես, ունենալով անհրաժեշտ փաստական և իրավական հիմքերի անկհայտ առկայություն, ինչպես նաև իրենց լիազորություններն իրացնելու բավարար ժամանակ և ողջամիտ ժամկետներում դրանք կատարելու պարտականություն, վարութային գործողությունները, առանց իրավաչափ նպատակի, կատարել են անհարկի ձգձգումներով։

Կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի մի քանի դրույթներ, առանձին քննչական գործողություններ կատարել են ընթացակարգային խախտումներով, կատարել են նաև այլ բնույթի կարգապահական խախտումներ։

Հաշվի առնելով վերջիններիս կողմից թույլ տրված խախտումների ծանրության աստիճանը՝ Կարգապահական հանձնաժողովը բավարարել է միջնորդությունները, ինչի հիման վրա ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող վերոնշյալ երկու անձինք Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հրամանով ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից։
