Պատմական համաձայնագիր՝ Ֆրանսիայի և Ուկրաինայի միջև

Փարիզում Ուկրաինայի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին և Էմանուել Մակրոնը անվտանգության երկկողմ համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել, որը կողմերը պատմական են համարում։
Փաստաթղթի համաձայն՝ Ֆրանսիան պարտավորվում է 2024 թվականին Ուկրաինային հատկացնել մինչև 3 միլիարդ եվրո լրացուցիչ ռազմական օգնություն։ Փարիզն իր աջակցությունը գնահատում է 1,7 միլիարդ 2022 թվականին և 2,1 միլիարդ 2023 թվականին:
«Մենք վճռական ենք կողք կողքի կանգնելու Ուկրաինայի հետ, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը պարտվի պատերազմում: Մեր աջակցությունը ոչ միայն երկարաժամկետ է, այլ նաև հավաքական մտադրություն ունի, քանի որ Բրիտանիան և Գերմանիան արդեն ստորագրել են համանման համաձայնագիրը»,-փաստաթղթի ստորագրումից հետո հայտարարել է Մակրոնը։
Մասնավորապես, ըստ փաստաթղթի, Ֆրանսիան կտրամադրի ռազմական և քաղաքացիական օգնություն, որպեսզի Ուկրաինան կարողանա պաշտպանել իր ինքնիշխանությունը, անկախությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության «ագրեսիայից»։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության կոնտակտային խմբի շրջանակներում Փարիզը «առաջատար դեր կխաղա հրետանային և հակաօդային պաշտպանության դաշինքներում, ինչպես նաև կմասնակցի օդուժի և ծովային անվտանգության կոալիցիաներին և այլ դաշինքներին»։
Ֆրանսիան նաև կնպաստի Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերական բազայի զարգացմանը՝ մասնավորապես ներգրավելով ֆրանսիական ներդրումներ, տեղայնացնելով արտադրությունը ուկրաինական տարածքում և առաջնահերթ զենքի ու զինամթերքի համատեղ արտադրությամբ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ փետրվարի 16-ին Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը և Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին Բեռլինում համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին, որոնք Գերմանիան պատրաստ է տրամադրել Կիևին։
