Մեկնարկել է Երևանի ջրամատակարարման համակարգի զարգացման հերթական ծրագիրը

Մեկնարկել է Երևանի ջրամատակարարման համակարգի զարգացման հերթական ծրագիրը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին Երեւան Ջուր ՓԲԸ-ի Հանրային կապերի ծառայությունից: Ծրագիրը նախատեսված է առաջիկա 3-4 տարիների համար եւ պայմանավորված է մայրաքաղաքում ջրամատակարար ման հետագա բարելավման անհրաժեշտությամբ:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ 2011թ.-ից «Երեւան Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ն տվյալ նպատակով օգտագործում էր միայն սեփական միջոցները: Ճիշտ է, այս ընթացքում ջրամատակարարումը մեզանում շարունակվել է բարելավվել, համակարգում կատարվել է նախատեսվածից ավելի` շուրջ 5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի ներդրում, սակայն հաշվի առնելով սպառողների պահանջները, ակնհայտ է այս ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներին նոր թափ հաղորդելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Ծրագրի իրականացման համար «Երեւան Ջուր» ընկերությանը տրամադրվել է 21,665 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ֆինանսական աջակցություն: Այն բաղկացած է հետեւյալ բաղադրիչներից` 7-ական մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար վարկ Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական բանկից ու Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկից, 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար դրամաշնորհ՝ ԵՄ Հարևանության ներդրումային գործիք հիմնադրամից, եւս 665 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի դրամաշնորհ՝ Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական բանկի հատուկ միջոցներից:
Մասնավորապես, այն ենթադրում է բակային պոմպակայանների ցանցի զարգացման խնդրի վերջնական լուծում: Իր գործունեության տարիներին, «Երեւան Ջուր» ՓԲԸ վերակառուցել է ցանցում ներառված մոտ 400 պոմպակայանների մեծ մասը: Մնացել է նախագծել, կառուցել ու սարքավորումներ տեղադրել վերջին 30 բակային պոմպակայաններում: Դրանք հիմնականում սեփականաշնորված նախկին կաթսայատներում, նմանօրինակ այլ վայրերում տեղակայված տեխնիկապես հնամաշ օբյեկտներ են, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է վերատեղադրել ու վերակառուցել: Այդ միջոցով կկարգավորվի երեւանյան եւս մոտ 100 բազմաբնակարաÕ ¶ շենքերի ջրամատակարարումը:
Պետք է արմատապես բարելավվի ջրամատակարարումը նաեւ Երեւանի առանձնատներով կառուցապատված թաղամասերում, որտեղ բաշխիչ ցանցի ֆիզիկական մաշվածության ու տեղի ունեցող ապօրինությունների պատճառով առկա է ջրի տեխնիկական ու առեւտրային զգալի կորուստ, ինչպես նաեւ որակի ապահովման խնդիր: Այստեղ փողոցներում նախատեսվում է վերականգնել շուրջ 152կմ ֆիզիկապես մաշված խողովակներ, իսկ անհատական տնատիրություններում՝ բնակիչներին անհատույց օգնության կարգով կառուցել մոտ 200 կմ ջրագծեր: Ընդհանուր առմամբ Երեւանում կբարելավվի շուրջ 39 հազար բնակիչ-բաժանորդների ջրամատակարարումը, որոնցից անհատական տնատիրություններում բնակվող 20 հազարի ջրաչափերը նաեւ կփոխարինվի:
Այս ամենի արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի ծրագրում ներառված տարածքներում բարելավել ջրամատակարարումը, նվազեցնել ջրի կորուստը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսը եւ վթարների քանակը, ավելացնել ջրի վաճառքը, ապահովել ջրի պահանջվող ճնշումն ու բարձր որակը:
Արդեն սկսվել է ծրագրի իրականացումը: Ավարտվել է Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների համար նախատեսված ենթածրագրերի նախագծա-նախահաշվային փաստաթղթերի կազմելը: Շուտով կհայտարարվի կապալառու կազմակերպության ընտրության մրցույթ, որի հաղթողը արդեն վաղ գարնանը կսկսի շինարարական աշխատանքները: Շենգավիթ, Կենտրոն, Նորք-Մարաշ, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա, Էրեբունի, Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջաններին վերաբերող նախագծա-նախահաշվային աշխատանքները կավարտվեն առաջիկա ամիսներին, որին կհաջորդի շինարարությունը:
