Էդգար Խաչատրյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ըստ ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցի անհրաժեշտ է հայթայթել տարեկան լրացուցիչ 15 միլիարդ դոլար հակամարտություններից և բնական աղետից տուժած մարդկանց աջակցելու համար։ Այս զեկույցը հրապարակել է Բան Կի-մունը Դուբայում: Շատ հետաքրքիր է, մարդիկ խոսում են մի կերպ գումար հայթայթելու մասին, բայց կոնֆերանսներ են կազմակերպում և ելույթներ են ունենում աշխարհի ամենաթանկ քաղաքաներում, հյուրանոցներում և շրջում են շատ թանկ մեքենաներով: Նախ ատերազմ մի սանձահարեք, հետո դրա հետևանքները մի՛ վերացրեք: Փողի տեղն էլ, եթե չգիտեք, զենքի սև շուկայում մի հատ նայեք:

Իմ կարծիքով մենք՝ հայերս ավելի ուշադիր ենք հետևում Նավթի գնի վայրիվէրումներին, քան Լոնդոնի և Նյու Յորքի բորսաներում աշխատողները: Մի տարի էլ սենց ուշադիր հետևենք կարանք Երևանյան Բորսա բացենք ու Ուոլ Սթրիթին ծալենք մեր եկամուտների մեծությամբ:
Սաուդյան Արաբյան շատ բզբզաց, Իրանը հասկացրեց, որ ետ նահանջողը չի ու տարածաշրջանում ինքն է որոշում դրվածքը և ԱՄՆ-ն ստիպված համաձայնեց Իրանի հետ: Սաուդիտների վերջին քայլերը, Իրանին ենթարկեցնելու վերջին ճարահատյալ, բայց ապարդյուն փորձերն էին, սպասվող որոշումներից առաջ: Բանակցությունների սեղանին, դրված առճակատումը, որը նախատեսված էր աշխատեցնել ԱՄՆ-ի շահերին, աշխատեց Ի օգուտ Իրանի: Էմբարգոներ այլևս չկան:Այստեղ էլ Հայաստանը մեծ դրական քայլեր կարող է ակնկալել:
