ԱԱՏՄ կողմից 2023 թվականին հարուցվել է 3051 վարչական վարույթ
SOCIETYՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի կողմից 2023 թվականին հարուցվել է 3051 վարչական վարույթ, որից 612-ը դիմումի հիման վրա, 2889-ը՝ Տեսչական մարմնի նախաձեռնությամբ։
2023 թվականին հարուցված վարչական վարույթների թիվը 2022 թվականի համեմատությամբ աճել է 69%, իսկ 2021 թվականի համեմատությամբ՝ 139%։
Վարչական վարույթներն՝ ըստ ոլորտների.
Աշխատանքային օրենսդրության՝ այդ թվում աշխատողների առողջության պահպանման և անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտ 1474 վարչական վարույթ,
Դեղերի շրջանառության ոլորտ – 140 վարչական վարույթ,
Բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ոլորտ 1387 վարչական վարույթ,
Հիգիենիկ, սանիտարահիգիենիկ և հակահամաճարակային ոլորտ 500 վարչական վարույթ։
Հարուցված 479 վարչական վարույթով խախտումները վերացնելու համար տրվել է առաջադրանք տալու վերաբերյալ կարգադրագիր, 3001 վարույթ կարճվել է, այդ թվում 194՝ դիմումից հրաժարվելու հիմքով, մնացած վարչական վարույթների ընթացքը շարունակվել է 2024 թվականին։ Վարչական վարույթների արդյունքում տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների և դրանց ծառայողների նկատմամբ որպես պատասխանատվության միջոցներ կիրառվել են նախազգուշացումներ և տուգանքներ, ընդունվել է 1327 տույժ նշանակելու մասին որոշում, ընդհանուր առմամբ սահմանվել է 570,746,993 ՀՀ դրամի տուգանք։
