Տեսչական մարմինը Կոտայքի և Արարատի մարզերում հերթական գազա-բենզալցակայանների գործունեություն է դադարեցրել

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հանձնարարագրերի հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմինը հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտություններ է իրականացրել Կոտայքի մարզ, գյուղ Արզնի, Երևան-Սևան մայրուղի 6/1 հասցեում «ԳԱԶ ՕԻԼ սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող գազա-բենզալցակակայանի, ինչպես նաև Արարարտի մարզ, Վեդի համայնք, Այգավան բնակավայր, Ս.Դավթյան փողոց 2 հասցեում անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ կողմից շահագործվող ավտոմոբիլների հեղուկ վառելանյութի լիցքավորման կայանի (գազալցակայան)՝ նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ։
Հետազոտությունների արդյունքում ՏՄ-ն արձանագրել է, որ Կոտայքի մարզի, Արզնի գյուղի Երևան-Սևան մայրուղի 6/1 հասցեում գտնվող գազա-բենզալցակայանը շահագործվում է առանց արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտների ռեեստրում գրանցման և տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննության դրական եզրակացության։
ՏՄ տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության մասնագետներն արձանագրել են նաև, որ Արարատի մարզի Վեդի համայնքի Այգավան բնակավայրում գտնվող գազալցակայանի շահագործումն արվել է նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների այնպիսի խախտումներով, որոնք անմիջական և ուղղակի սպառնալիք են ստեղծում հրդեհների առաջացման և մարդկանց անվտանգության համար։
Ուստի, հաշվի առնելով հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության պահանջների խախտումների ռիսկայնությունն ու վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ ՀՀ ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը Կոտայքի մարզի գազա-բենզալցակայանի և Արմավիրի մարզի գազալցակայանի գործունեության դադարեցման որոշումներ է կայացրել, և ՀՀ հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության հետ փոխգործակցությամբ վերոնշյալ արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտները կապարակնքվել են։
