«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել 2018 թ. ապրիլի 12-ի N 404-Ն որոշման մեջ: Հստակեցվում են քաղաքացու կամ զինծառայողի պիտանիության աստիճանը որոշող հիվանդությունների ցանկում մի շարք հիվանդությունների արտահայտման վիճակները՝ դրանք ճանաչելով որպես զինվորական ծառայության համար սահմանափակումով պիտանի, ինչպես նաև այդպիսի առողջական վիճակին հակացուցված զինվորական ծառայության պայմանները:

Նշվում է՝ քաղաքացիների և զինծառայողների ռազմաբժշկական փորձաքննության գործընթացի վերլուծության արդյունքում փաստվել է, որ խնդիրներ են առաջացել որոշ հիվանդությունների և ախտաբանական վիճակների մասով ոչ արդյունավետ կարգավորումների, փորձաքննվողների կողմից իրավիճակի վրա ազդեցություն ունենալու հնարավորության տեսանկյունից։ «Մտավոր հետամնացություն» ախտորոշմամբ պարտադիր զինծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի ճանաչված զորակոչիկների թիվը զորակոչից զորակոչ ավելացել է. եթե 2020 թ.-ի ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքում նշված ախտորոշմամբ ոչ պիտանի է ճանաչվել 188 զորակոչիկ, ապա 2022 թ.-ի ձմեռային զորակոչի ընթացքում՝ 321։

Գանգոսկրերի, գլխուղեղի և ողնուղեղի նորագոյացությունների (բարորակ և չարորակ), այլ ծավալային գոյացությունների, ինչպիսիք են կիստաները 0,5 սմ և ավելի մեծ չափերի առկայության դեպքում, անգամ առանց կլինիկական դրսևորումների և ախտաբանական փոփոխությունների, զորակոչիկները ճանաչվում են ոչ պիտանի զինվորական ծառայության համար և ազատվում են զինծառայությունից։ 2023 թ.-ի ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքում քաղաքացիների կողմից ՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ է ներկայացվել ավելի քան 1400 ՄՌՏ հետազոտության տվյալ, որոնցից 737-ի դեպքում իրականացված առողջական վիճակի հետազոտությունների և բժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքում զորակոչիկները ճանաչվել են ոչ պիտանի զինվորական ծառայության համար: 2023 թ.-ի ձմեռային զորակոչի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է ավելի քան 1000 հետազոտության տվյալ, 220 զորակոչիկ ճանաչվել է ոչ պիտանի և ազատվել է զինծառայությունից։

«Գիշերամիզություն»՝ հաստատված և առանց նյարդային, հոգեբուժական կամ միզասեռական համակարգի հիվանդությունների ախտանիշների ախտորոշմամբ զորակոչիկները հոդվածի համապատասխան կետով ճանաչվում են սահմանափակումով պիտանի զինվորական ծառայության համար և նշանակվում են ծառայության հեշտացված օրվա կարգացուցակով։ Յուրաքանչյուր վեց ամիսը մեկ նրանք անցնում են ռազմաբշկական փորձաքննություն և նրանց մեծ մասն առաջին իսկ փորձաքննության արդյունքում ճանաչվում է ժամանակավորապես ոչ պիտանի զինվորական ծառայության համար և վաղաժամկետ արձակվում է պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից։ Եթե 2022 թ.-ի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է 10 այդպիսի դեպք, ապա 2023 թ.-ի ընթացքում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների մոտ առաջին անգամ հայտնաբերվել է գիշերամիզության 33 հաստատված դեպք, իսկ այդ ախտորոշմամբ օրվա հեշտացված կարգացուցակով ծառայություն անցնող թվով 66 զինծառայող վաղաժամկետ ազատվել են ժամկետային զինծառայությունից։
