Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 15-ի արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 16։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Նորագավիթում՝ «Կանաչ» սուպերմարկետի մոտ՝ ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետում, ավտոմեքենա է այրվում: Նմանատիպ մեկ այլ ահազանգ էլ ստացվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության «9-11» ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն։
Shamshyan-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ստիկանները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16։20-ի սահմաններում, Նորագավիթ թաղամասի 1-ին փողոցում գտնվող ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետում Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Ալբերտ Զ․-ն վիճաբանության ժամանակ ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածել է նշված ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետի աշխատակից, Երևանի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Մհեր Գ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ, որից հետո հրկիզել է վերանորոգման նպատակով կայանված «Honda» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։
Դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին։
