Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի քանի՞ քաղաքացի է բնակարան ձեռք բերել Հայաստանում 2023 թվականին

Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները 2023 թվականի ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 3 բնակարան են ձեռք բերել բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերում, բոլորը` Երևանում։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտեին` պատասխանելով Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանը։
Նշենք, որ 2022 թվականին Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները ՀՀ–ում 11 բնակարան էին ձեռք բերել, կրկին Երևանում։
Կադաստրի կոմիտեից տեղեկացրել են նաև, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները 2023-ին անշարժ գույք ձեռք չեն բերել ՀՀ–ում, մինչդեռ 2022-ին 2 անշարժ գույք էին գնել, մեկը` Երևանում, մյուսը` Լոռու մարզում (1 անհատական բնակելի տուն)։
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների կողմից 2023 թվականին վաճառվել է բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքի 2 բնակարան Երևան քաղաքում և 1 հողամաս Արարատի մարզում: Նույն այդ ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացու կողմից վաճառվել է բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքի 1 բնակարան»,– հայտնում է կոմիտեն` չհստակեցնելով այդ երկրների քաղաքացիների ազգությունը:
2022 թվականին Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները Հայաստանում ոչ մի անշարժ գույք չէին վաճառել։
Կադաստրի կոմիտեի ավելի վաղ հրապարակված տվյալներով` ՀՀ անշարժ գույքի շուկայում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների կողմից 2023 թվականին իրականացվել է առուվաճառքի 4479 գործարք։ 1492-ի դեպքում օտարերկրացիները գնորդ են եղել, 2834-ի դեպքում` վաճառող, իսկ 153-ի դեպքում` 2 կողմն էլ հանդիսացել են օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներ։
Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձինք առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում անշարժ գույք են գնել 2005 թվականին, իսկ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն ունեցողները` 2012-ին։
